On another note, I've been looking at the FXPO BIG trades over the last few weeks and whenever a BIG buy order is executed a BIG sell order is executed too moments later. Looks like the SP downtrend is continuing.

If you only watch \ read legacy media\ news you're not going to get full picture.

Suggest one read both sides of the news else one be obstinate and pushed to making a bad investment decision in holding, buying or selling on FXPO.

Pokrovsk next and then another 10km for Donbas be in Russian's control. I do think Ukraine needs to start peace talk now and take the hit of losing the 4 oblast regions + Crimea, else lose more land like Odessa plus Kharkiv city / region. This won't be good for FXPO if Ukraine becomes a land locked country and heavily in debt arisen from Lend-Lease, IMF and World Bank backers.

The longer this proxy war goes on the lower the FXPO SP will fall and the likelihood FXPO might go bankrupt or become a highly diluted value stock where the current shareholder value be wiped out.

Who benefits from a broken Ukraine? Not Russia, not Europe and not even the current FXPO shareholders or the FXPO management.

I got my eyes set at below 20p buys. All the negative news (On-going Ukraine war, FXPO law suit, Global Recession, Increase iron ore suppliers, etc) should push the FXPO SP further.

As I said, one needs a catalyst or a chain of events for the FXPO SP to fall below 20p in 2024 or later in 2025; given in 2009 it was a global recession and in 2016 was a global commodities slump which both seem pretty tame compared to now.

The FXPO mines are near the Dnipro river by (Horishni Plavni) and there's two big oblast regions before the Poltava oblast which Russia will find it difficult conquer given the distance and space.

All in all around 350km away (road travel) from the action or equal distance between Kiev (the capital) and Donetsk. Russia has only covered less than 50km from Donetsk since the SMO 2yrs ago yet that's where the war was set up to be fought in. Even Russia at Zaporizhia, Russia still has to cover 200km to get to the FXPO mines.

I'm seeing algo trading bots trading this stock. For example, at 40p level, there was a series of 30-40 unknown trades buying? or selling? between 1 to 5 FXPO stocks on each trade.

For retail traders like us, as long a you swing trade (long time line trades) and not day trade, you'll be fine.

Looking at history the Poltava Oblast region, the people living there are pro-Ukraine rather than the Donbas region which are pro-Russia. So makes no sense for Russia \ Putin to capture and keep the Poltava Oblast region because the people will resist and it be more of a headache for Russia to keep during or post this proxy war. Yet if the Ukrainian army occupies the FXPO mining sites similar to what they did in the Mariupol steel works, then prepare for FXPO Poltava business to be bombed into rumble and hence the FXPO SP to fall to it's lowest level or a future FXPO rights issue to dilute shareholders value as to raise funds to reconstruct.

I can only foresee Trump (Next POTUS) will end this proxy war in Ukraine next year in 2025 yet the current POTUS is pumping more US money into fuelling the Ukraine proxy war longer which I doubt Trump can end that soon in 2025.

FXPO can only grow when there's peace in Ukraine and no war. China won't buy iron ore pellets from Ukraine until there's no war, yet time waits for no one especially when Africa with help of China are also extracted cheap iron ore (Republic of Guinea - Simandou).

My concerns with this stock are:

1. No or little energy (winter time) for the company to extract and process the iron. (also current and post this war)

2. Russia's land expansions out of Donbas in the future.

3. China unlikely to buy from Ukraine FXPO as other countries are also mining Iron ore and maybe process to pellets at a lower cost.

4. The 4th turning or next stock market crash might be the (black swan) catalyst to push the FXPO SP below 41p more more.

5. Ukraine attacking their own oligarchs which might see nationalisation of this company to be state owned.

6. Irrespective if Russia or Ukraine win in this proxy war, then FXPO still needs cheap transportation access to it's biggest customer and without it, (Russia's co-operation) then the FXPO company growth will be hindered.
