Big miss with dilution is that when a company has been diluted too oblivion there is 2 options go bust or go the other way eventually leading too consolidation which is a good thing if the company has the goods ect.

At this point I don't think it going bust & couldn't really ask for someone better too turn it into literally anything he wants. I feel as though he went "hold my beer " challenge accepted " .
