...it's also possible that the SP of those shares has been deliberately inflated to keep PIs happy and actually Doremius intends to sell them at a lower amount (e.g. 1.5p).

I think CH knows that what happens up until the 27th Feb is make or break for him.

Even if he does not read this BB, he has probably received any enough e-mails highlighting the highly perilous situation that he is in.

That's probably another of those made-up rules by PIs who do not know how the system works and make things up to justify their trading decisions I'm afraid.

Unlikely. There is no legal requirement as such. The only requirement is not to withhold material news for a certain number of days (I can't recall the exact number, but I suspect it's less than 5 working days IIRC.).

Obviously, "material news" is open to interpretation...
