Fair enough Wyn and appreciate the time taken to respond. For my part, and my view means nothing more than one person's subjective opinion, I am thinking the following:

1) I am hopeful that NHE's farmout will have a successful completion. I won't put it higher than that.

2) If the farmout is completed, I think there is a very high probability (inc based on the TA) that the share price will rise.

3) The opposite if the farmout fails - stating the obvious there, but always important to factor in the risk.

4) I am confident that we will continue to see a rise into Spud. Not going to make any more specific predictions than that and I don't want to count the chickens before we know the outcome of 1 above. Thereafter, will see what the price action and strength of buying/selling me in terms of price target.

I do expect both NHE and HE1 to turn up the volume on the comms. In fact, NHE are pretty good at ramping the stock and I am sure they will go all out if they complete the farmout. Yes, they might over egg, but I don't care, if its fuels sentiment and puts some more energy into the share price, then over egging etc is most welcome. In fact, I wouldn't mind if DM returned to make some cameo video appearances from Rukwa, showing us all that bubbling mud and raising the glass again!

Anyway, good luck with your investment/trade here and I hope we finally do get a drilling campaign, and will look forward to your TA commentar,y as always, during it if/when you provide it.

Thanks Tray. I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you, or trying to turn a positive into a negative. You will all see that when I first heard RR was investing, I was very happy about that and posted as such on here (more than once). But on re-reading that RNS, my feelings are more mixed now, and I think its the way its been done and disclosed (or lack of). I'm not even 100% sure that Term Oil have received shares at the Placing Price of 0.85, or some other price under 'the Subscription Agreement'. I think its the former, but the RNS isn't as explicit as it could be about that?

And then if the initial 'investment' is £500k at 0.85p, will it mean:

1) All future shares will be issued at 0.85p - in which case its like 0.85p warrants, but for what period? Or

2) All future shares will be at a discount to the prevailing share price. Again, if so, what is the discount and for what period? This is what happens in a lot of SAs.

Neither of these is 'good', and creates a risk of a drag on the share price, depending on Term Oil's intentions of course. And the fact that Term Oil have wanted to do a SA in the first place, rather than just investing like normal placing investors, and that POW haven't volunteered the details of the SA, might be a relevant factor in determining what those intentions and expectations might be? The reason I am asking is that the devil is in the detail, which detail we don't have, as you have alluded to as well. Without those, it's difficult to be sure whether Term Oil are actually investing into POW here because they like POW, or are they going to flip shares in POW and make money trading POW?

I only raise this because I have been led to understand that these share subscriptions agreements are sometimes not good for ordinary shareholders, and one article might even have described them as a red flag. Staying under TR1 would then allow such trading/flipping to remain under the radar.

So without all the details, it's hard to feel totally confident that this is a good thing, or means one more potential seller in the background? All imo and DYOR

WhiteK- if they are investing between £500k and £1 million, would that not take them over the reporting threshold?

As I understand it, we are "fully funded" for the work that AH referred to in the interview/RNS, as follows:

Lolworth - sampling and mapping work.

Hurricane - identifying targets and drilling them in Q3.

So we have at least ONE more drilling campaign left in the kitty. It's not game over yet, and we are moving to KO. Will it be ECR that is KO'd, or will either of the above work programs result in a fight back?

Wyndrum - I am a little surprised to read some of what you have just come out with.

- Firstly, in the scenario you have commented on, the disappointments you mention would be behind us, i.e. we will have finally secured a Rig, and one suited to the task of drilling this target. Also, DM is no longer here. Therefore, why and how would these past disappointments and DM still be relevant in any way?

- Secondly, you say "I think/hope there would be some SP appreciation on a confirmed drill RNS but as for Spud... hmmm....not so sure anymore." I'm also not sure I understand that. In what way are these two events actually different in terms of driving a rise in the share price? I would have thought that this is one event (i.e. drilling at Tai 3), rather than split into two events (Rig and Spud). And in any case, a rise is a rise, whether caused by one or the other.

- Thirdly - you "think/hope" there will be "some" appreciation on "Rig RNS"? Like seriously, that's even been causing doubt in your mind? It's already risen on anticipation of a Rig RNS/drilling, and is way off its ATH from the last drill. We can debate and doubt the calls being made about 25p etc, I completely get that. But you're not even certain it will necessarily rise from 7p this time round on Rig RNS? That's very difficult to comprehend and some call to make.

Fourthly - what are your TA indicators telling you. Surely it's looking good for a Rig RNS rise from a TA perspective? If that's not the case and given that this is your area of expertise, I would be very interested to hear why you have been left in doubt based on the TA and the price action?

They have already said they are scaling back operations to preserve cash burn. That is not what they would say or do if they were planning on raising funds. It is not a case of dismissing this as "mere words" or don't trust what they say.

If AH was planning on raising, he would have laid the groundwork for this by instead saying that ECR were going to go aggressive in Queensland, with both drills in H2 of 2023. That would then have been a pre-cursor to a placing. And AS probably wouldn't have even mentioned the financing, in these rather stage managed interviews of theirs? Another alternative, hinted at by AH perhaps, is that the conditions for raising are not there at the moment, even if the wanted or needed to?

Overall, having delivered enough blows to shareholders, I don't think they are now going to say one thing and do another. So I do think we can be fairly confident that there will be no raise until AFTER they complete this work at Lolworth and Hurricane. They are hoping that the outcome and/or market conditions will then allow them to raise, and hopefully at a higher price.

It is rather 'boom or bust' though....

As I said before, it is good to have someone like RR on the POW register. But I do have a couple of queries:

1) Should we be expecting a TR1?

2) Is the below passage from the RNS missing any key information, or are all the details contained in the RNS? For example, are Term Oil getting all of their shares NOW at 0.85p and up to £1 million, or do they get to subscribe over a period of time for POW shares? If so, over what period, and on what terms?

"As part of the Placing, the Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Subscription Agreement with Term Oil Inc., a company controlled by Rick Rule ("Term Oil"), pursuant to which Term Oil will participate in the Placing up to an amount of £1 million and not less than £0.5 million ("Subscription Agreement")."

We should maybe wait for the farmout completion, before going into pre spud/TD price predictions?

Not long to go and then hopefully such fun can begin.

I'd be interested to know if and how Titanium's ownership structure is similar/different to CMET's, because their licences are also held in the names of Sri Lankan registered subsidiary companies.

You can also google articles on short selling and forward selling, and see how they are done. Again, it won't take more than 3 seconds either. I could say that I believe you're one of the ramper trolls here and will say anything to support a positive agenda, and that's why you pipe up if anyone provides a negative viewpoint. However, I do actually still believe you are a genuine investor here, and mindful of that.

I made my position clear re ORCP in my response to AG. I've always been consistent about whether and when I would invest here and my reservations about doing so before then. To be fair, though few of you will admit it, because that takes character traits that most of you lack, it's turned out to be the right call FOR ME so far. For that, I get called a troll and all sorts. Well, if that's the price I pay for avoiding a heavy loss here and sticking to my guns, then happy to pay it in insults, rather than with my hard earned money. It's water off a duck's back.

And I'm not gloating either. I've made losses and will continue to do so, and know how it feels. So if this bounces back, I will certainly be very happy for the genuine LTH here. You've waited patiently and with conviction for ORCP to deliver, and those are commendable traits and hopefully that patient will be rewarded. And I will happily come on here and say I was wrong, if still not invested at such a point.

Anyway, I take the point that I am posting too much on here for someone not invested, and how that comes across. So I will howl out for now and wish you all the best.

This stock has had a LOT to cope with, but so far it has shown its resilience and at times displayed remarkable relative strength, when you consider the overall market conditions. It has had a long period of consolidation, prior to this nascent and developing uptrend, with it now moving up through the levels (you can see the higher highs and higher lows on the chart). It is also above all key moving averages.

I think the reason for this is quite simple. It's one of those rare 'story stocks' and opportunities in this current market. I would agree with Cocobeans that there aren't going to be many more closely followed on AIM this summer. Even Motley Fool has picked it up - btw, I believe they followed up their He1 recommendation by also covering NHE last week.

There will be a LOT of money on the side lines here, and will only commit itself once the Rig contract is signed. I've not committed all of my funds yet for the same reason, and I'm a He1 bull. But ready to pull the trigger and the finger has been itching.

I would expect this to start re-rating if or when NHE confirms its farmout - hopefully days away now and the outcome will be positive. Once this happens, I would also like and expect He1/LB to step up the comms and media. DM was very good at promoting the stock and firing up interest. Whilst LB is more measured, she also needs to step forward and similarly drive interest in the story in the run up to spud. I am sure she is waiting for the Rig contract before she starts on that front.

I'm not going to make a specific pre-spud price target, other than to say that somewhere in the teens is my base level expectation. A lot will depend on the power and strength of the initial moves up.

But as we know, NONE of this can/will happen without this farmout. That's the catalyst for any re-rate. All imo and GLA.

The placing involved 300 million shares being issued at 5p. It was 6 months ago now. If you look at the volume traded since, we will have cleared a lot of the placing overhang and flipping of 5p shares. That's probably one of the few benefits of this very long delay over the Rig, in that it has given more time for these shares to be cleared, for any placees not in here for the drill. All imo and dyor

For the record, I've never said there has definitely been a placing. That's just one of X number of explanations for the drop and I don't know anymore than the rest of you what the actual reason is.

Okay, let's try to keep this simple. I agree with you that its manipulation. But how has that manipulation been achieved? It must have been achieved by some large interest selling this short right? The volume traded has been 300 million, so that's not some ordinary retail investor, but has to be a large interest.

If so, what are we disagreeing about exactly? Aren't manipulation and short selling two sides of the same coin here?

If not, please tell me in what other way this manipulation has been achieved. Genuinely, I'm all ears?

On a more serious note, if it's a distressed or frustrated seller who has given up, then it has to be a VERY large holder? Nearly 300 million shares have been traded since last week. Obviously not all of those have been the seller, but there has been a LOT of sells. Just ask respected posters like AG, who posted about the selling last week.

You guys can't have it all ways. You can't say it's not a forward sold placing, not short selling, not a TRI holder, etc and simply say it's "weird". Come up with your own explanations then?

And whilst you're at it, try to learn how to spot a troll. A few might have appeared today, right on cue, whereas I'm a regular poster on here and was posting when this was at much higher levels. Honestly, comical....

Washers - no games from me, and I have been as surprised as everybody else by this drop. I thought it was holding its own at around 0.15-0.17 and thought that was looking like a solid level. There was nothing in the recent RNS that warranted this ~ 40% drop from those levels. If anything, it was probably one of the better MOUs, or at least, no better or worse than any of the others?

If distressed seller, then they had plenty of opportunity to scale out when it was trading for months at 0.15p level, and doesn't make sense for them to take such a heavy loss instead. People with that sort of money, aren't stupid, and don't usually exit in this amateurish way, missing the boat at 0.2 to 0.15 and then dumping frantically at the end! All imo and dyor

Something has to be brewing. It can't just have dropped out of the blue and to this extent, on that RNS? If not a forward sold placing, I wonder if its just been targeted for short selling, given the lack of buyers and negative sentiment?

That would explain any trolling activity as well. I think this might have been happening elsewhere, so not unique to ORCP. Or maybe MM have dropped it, but can't see why they would do that?
