Can I just say that if placings work the same way in Asx as they do here, then NHE share price isn’t going to rise much beyond 0.18 for some time now? This is because those placing shares, or the first tranche at least, won’t be admitted for trading until 27 July. Once admitted, won’t they represent placing overhang at 0.18 that will need to be cleared and will take time to clear?

If so, I’m not sure I’d be inclined to invest in NHE in addition to or over He1, as we have likely cleared our own placing overhang already? Therefore, although I was initially interested in backing both, I see our share price performing MUCH better until at least September, and I actually think NHE’s might well struggle for much of this period? All imo and dyor

Dr R - I totally get and respect your position. At least you 'get it', and recognise the risk in your strategy, rather than ignore it completely, or pretend its not there, like certain other posters on here, who wilfully ignore the reality and see only blue skies and only peddle an all is rosy agenda on here.

I also agree that Naheed does know that the shareholder base is not happy with share price performance. Not only has this point been made to her in recent webinars - with one investor calling her all talk and no action - but she has herself spoken about getting to "value" and "upside". I hope your strategy pays off as well.

Dr R - I completely agree with you that if ORCP do pull this off, then the rewards will be very high indeed. There is no question about that at all. But what makes a good investment for me, is not simply the potential or the fundamentals, but also the timing. There are lots of AIM companies that have projects which have tremendous reward potential within them, but that doesn't make them good investments. In fact, 90% of them are not good investments, because they spend 75% of their time having to dilute, whilst they develop those promising projects. Dilution is of course how most AIM companies operate and so not an evil in itself. But you have to catch the dilution phase at the right time imho.

Now if that dilution is being done at higher levels, then it is a good time to jump on board. Conversely, if that dilution is at lower levels, then it is NOT a good time to jump on board. At some stage, some of these companies are able to make the switch/reversal from downward to upward. Examples of this are when they secure funding, offtake agreements, make a discovery, bring in a JV partner, etc, etc. Or it could happen simply because the market itself switches from bearish to bullish.

Currently, ORCP has been trending downwards and raising at lower levels. It might well make that switch from downside to upside, and that switch might be triggered by one or more of the above type of developments. It might happen on the DFS, it might not. There is no right or wrong answer or strategy here. There are different ways to skin a cat as they say. And all that matters is that each of us is comfortable with our strategy and approach to ORCP, whether waiting on the side lines until it actually makes that switch, or entering or adding because you are anticipating/believing that moment is close/inevitable. GH - are you saying there won't be a placing? If so, please tell us why not and why this wasn't Naheed's answer when asked about it twice last week? Do you know better or differently?

GH- what is actually decent about misrepresenting and ramping a company and its prospects all the time, thereby potentially enticing and misleading others into investing in it? What about posters who have invested here and are now nursing heavy losses, and who might not feel as comfortable about that situation as you proclaim to be?

In the time that I have been posting on here, a number of others have expressed similar views. It is NOT all rosy here, and a continuing bearish outcome is as likely as a reversal to a more bullish one. And so both of these possibilities should be discussed, rather than an echo chamber for only one of them.

As it happens, I do have a sense of decency. I'll tell you it how it works. I believe/suspect that my views will have been read by some and helped them avoid losing money. So that's good as far as I am concerned if it has happened. Those that didn't listen, disagreed, or couldn't care less, because they think some bigger bullish picture is at play here here regardless, well that's a matter for them and fair enough. I hope for their sakes, they are right. I genuinely do. I have no desire for anyone to lose money, but carry no responsibility for anyone. We are each and all responsible only to ourselves, and otherwise a bunch of strangers to each other.

I do also recognise that it's maybe not easy for heavily invested and underwater posters to read my views. I was actually reflecting on it earlier, and thinking I'm probably causing more stress for some of them. Yes, that does weigh on me as well. But as far as I am concerned, we are all adults here and if we choose to enter the AIM casino and decide to gamble/invest, or take part in BB discussion, we can't really expect to choose or dictate the clientele. Is it right that if you are underwater in one of your investments, or completely bullish about your investment, that you then have the right and expectation that on a free and open BB for discussion between adults, you should only read postings from those who are in the same camp as you? And if there are others who disagree with your daily postings, they should just step aside and leave you to it?

If you want that, why not set up a private telegram group and then continue your discussion (delusions?) in private.

Or have the courage of your convictions here, and be prepared to fully defend and articulate them to doubters as well as believers.

Didn't someone say that LB and the NHE used to work together in the past? I would imagine that any potential offtakers and resource companies will have BOTH companies on their radar?

GH - how can you understand why I am on the sidelines, and yet still accuse me of trolling? You really aren't making much sense of late.

I am following ORCP and its developments very closely. I agree with some of the points being made on here by some of you, such as low mcap, potential of upcoming DFS, Naheed recognising the need to deliver "value" and "upside" and the risk to reward on offer here IF she does. As I said, I was tempted to put an initial position in here on the recent drop. But, I also don't like investing in companies that have dilutive financing coming up, no matter how attractive they are. Or more accurately, I prefer to side step their placing, and then enter when there is a clearer financial runway ahead. Doesn't mean I ignore the company in the meantime.

I have the same approach and attitude to all of my investments, or at least try to. Nothing more, nothing less. Even if I had bought here on the recent drop here, you would NOT see a complete change in my attitude towards ORCP. I would still be asking and making many of the same points as before.

I've been consistent on here, and was talking about the importance of dilution 18 months ago. Was I wrong to do so then? No, I was absolutely right and have been proved right by the dilution that has since taken place. If the price of calling it correctly is to be called a troll by those that didn't call it correctly, then like I said, more fool them.

What correct calls have you made here in that same period?

Mercedesman - thanks for clarifying that. Why is the DFS here so expensive? Orom Cross is an enticing project though and Bres is one to watch for sure.

gh - i wasn't asking about "your position". i've long since dismissed it as illogical and non sensical. i was asking you about my response to your earlier post, which i took the time and trouble to set out for you, but because you didn't like the force of its content, you decided to ignore/dismiss it and just attack me personally again. very amateurish and childish, that you come on a bb which is for debate and discussion, and can't actually debate or discuss.

AG I couldn't agree more with the above. None of us are stupid (well...), we know that raising the capex is going to take some time, even with the support of these majors. I would say that sorting out the capex will take anywhere between 6 to 18 months from hereon. Therefore, to make this a worthwhile investment for shareholders and attract new ones, Naheed has to surely do one of the following:

1) Raise the share price so that any capital raises are done at higher levels.

2) Alternatively, commit to pursuing a non dilutive financing strategy for the next 6 - 18 months (like GCAT, ORR, etc). Aga

For this to be a good investment right now, it has to be one or other of the above? Surely it can't be a continuation of the default/status quo, which is to dilute at whatever price she can achieve with the brokers again, because that doesn't incentivise (strong) buying in the meantime. All imo

as expected, you can't deal with the actual explanation given, because you have no answer to the underlying logic and rationale given, so instead have to target me personally. i routinely invest in aim companies that do placings, just not before them, or why they are not value enhancing, because i'm not so stupid or ignorant of that obvious risk on aim.

i don't regret my decision to wait and see, and not listen to the merry band of believers, and so far, i am so happy that i have stuck to my guns, and will continue doing so. it won't be anyone's views on here that will change that, but the rns's and market reaction.

i'll take the fact that you think i am paid as a back handed compliment. it's probably the only one i will get from you, even though i am sure it was not intended as such. i'm no such thing, and just an ordinary retail investor, who happens to be very cautious and ultra questioning in his approach to aim companies and what they proclaim, but recognising that they nonetheless can offer high reward for that high risk.

Notrex - I think its completely fair and right to bash the company over its failures in Victoria. The share price doesn't lie and there's no point ramping anything to do with Victoria at this moment in time. I only reinvested here because of CresWick. To be honest, it was only a small investment, as befitted ECR's past record, and so whilst the outcome was disappointing, it was not totally unexpected. Whenever ECR results have been late, they have ALWAYS been bad. That's a 100% record so far.

But although I only came back here for CresWick, I started to sense the excitement, or call it hype if you are sceptical, about the Queensland projects. And to be honest, the more I learned about them, the more I thought they represented equal or better chances than CresWick.

So I think its perfectly okay for investors to dismiss what has gone on before, but remain optimistic about what might still follow here. It was attractive to me at 0.5 to 0.6p for CresWick. Is it even more attractive at 0.35p for Queensland?

GH - I am NOT the only one who mentions dilution. It is mentioned by other posters, including LTH here. It came up twice in the recent webinar Q&A. Therefore, it VERY much is an issue, and it is VERY important to consider. You are unwilling or incapable of engaging with its importance. Instead, it seems to be a bad word or taboo, and almost blasphemy.

It's very simple really, I don't want to invest in ANY company if I know that there is a likelihood that they will do a placing to undercut that proposed investment. I'd much rather just wait until the dilution is out of the way. I am NOT alone in this. This is what MOST normal, rational, sane investors would do.

You can't say this won't happen, because it has happened to all of you LTH here already. There are LTH here who have already acknowledged that they have mistimed their entry here and/or don't want to chase this down? They have come to realise what a flawed/risky approach that has been for them already.

Therefore, you are either just incredibly dim in not being able to appreciate this basic fact, or you don't think it will happen, despite it having happened a few times already, and Naheed not having dismissed its possibility at the recent webinar? More fool you.

The issue is all about timing, not just the fundamentals, which is also a key part of successful investing, as far as I am concerned. Will the inflection/value point occur here before the dilution, in which case now is a VERY good time to invest, or will it wait a while longer, with more lower level dilution(s) in between, in which case now is a terrible time to invest. Simple and why I have been going on about timelines and timescales. I hope this addresses why the next placing is VERY important to me, in MY decision making process.

You then say that I have continually dismissed "all this amazing progress". Okay, but then so has most of the rest of the market, because they are not piling in here, and in fact, there's been a recent sell off. So how can it be "amazing" if it isn't so obvious to the wider market, or capturing its interest and they have most exited? As far as I am concerned, NOTHING amazing has been achieved so far, because the share price and market reaction doesn't lie.

That is not to say that amazing developments will not be achieved in due course. Only time will tell, and the issue of time and timing remains very important here. If or when these amazing RNS come through, it won't even matter what I or anybody else thinks, because the market reaction will speak loudly, clearly and decisively, and will end any debate.

Tray556 - not wishing to be overly nosey (and please feel free not to divulge if I am). I only ask because its then useful to understand where a particular investor is coming from and their perspective.

Have you taken place in placings and benefitted from warrants, whether in POW or the IPOs, or have you always bought in the open market? Are you investing directly into the IPOs, or only through POW?

Either way, good luck and I hope the faith pays off in the long run.

Fair enough notrex - that all makes perfect sense to me and I understand the rationale. I'm not sure how continuously bashing ECR will better help you achieve this exit, or increase your chances of success (unless you are continuing with the averaging down process?) But then one man's truth is another man's folly as they say. Anyway, good luck with the strategy and eventual exit.

AG - I always think that it's helpful to suspend your own doubtd and look at things from the other perspective. Therefore, if you are bullish in your outlook, to also then consider the bear case and risks. As I have said before, I am willing to consider the possibility that ORCP will pull this off, even though my CURRENT position is one of (strong) doubt about it. There is then the secondary question of when is the best time to invest.

This should explain to anyone who has the nous and willingness to read what I am actually posting, as opposed to automatically dismissing it as de-ramping or trolling, both why I am still watching ORCP closely, and also why I did NOT enter on the recent drop.

My point about non dilutive financing is that this is something that most CEOs would consider as desirable, even though they might not be able to obtain it. Even at GCAT (whose BOD left a LOT to be desired when it came to trust and credibility) went through the pretence of saying they recognised the impact of dilution and were therefore looking at non dilutive financing. The same situation and response was given by the BOD at ORR. In both instances, these strategies/intentions helped reverse the downtrend and create big moves up - even though both companies are yet to deliver the non dilutive financing.

Therefore, I am wondering why ORCP are not even talking about non dilutive financing, especially if, on the bullish interpretation, they have multi billion pound companies with genuine interest in the projects. Surely Naheed should be looking to achieve project level funding for ORCP? It's anachronistic to have £1.5 billion capex to be achieved through non dilutive financing, and yet still be raising £500k amounts in dilution at the same time?

I see that since I posted it, others have accepted the basic premise of the point I was making, but have said how do we know this isn't being pursued or that they believe it is being pursued. If it is, I do think it would have been good for Naheed to have said so, or to come out now and say so. I do think it would be a significant announcement as it would remove the issue of dilution, which despite what the merry band of believers are saying here, IS definitely a factor putting others off. And anything that removes hurdles or obstacles for the naysayers/doubters, is surely a good thing for all? All imo

Totally agree Wyn and HappyDazes - the share price and chart are actually looking very good/strong at this point. We get a bullish update from NHE tonight - and do NHE ever do anything other than bullish updates? - then every chance it will help us test the next resistance level.

More generally, if NHE leave us thinking the Rig RNS could land next week, then let's see where we close this Friday? All imo and dyor
