I was listening to the AGM. Although MB didn't rule out a raise, he did twice say that MATD had enough cash to last until 2025 and a loan facility to extend it further. So it was naughty, but then what was he meant to say? Pre-announce a placing like He1 and crash the share price in the process?

You should not be LTH on AIM in the first place! It's a casino to take shorter term punts on, rarely does being a LTH work because of the dilution each year on most shares. We should ALL know this by now.

I've taken some around 2.17 to 2.24 range, but will hold back to see if it drops below this later.

Thanks PP - watched it earlier. They have clearly failed to meet the timelines as per that video, but do seem to be on the cusp of bringing Heron into production - albeit no certainties. However, the hope and expectation of near term production should provide upside from the 2p levels and worth a swing trade me thinks?

We should be looking to retest and breach the recent highs. Looking forward to the AGM.

Thanks KR - the Govt do seem to be messing them around a bit, which is not great, and they need the agreements with DQE and PC, but otherwise looking good to get into production.

Is there any need to appraise Heron 1, or is it already a commercially proven discovery? How many bopd are they projecting from it?

Hi all - interested in entering this on the placing. Currently researching the company. A couple of quick questions for LTH please:

1) Will production at Heron 1 leave the company as self funded in the future?

2) What is the likely cost and timescale to production?

3) Is commencement of production subject to completing agreements with DQE and/or Petro China?

4) Is the next drill likely to be at Heron 2? If so when is it likely to take place and what is the estimated size of the resource at Heron 2?

5) Any other near term plus points to look out for?

PRD is a risky one - don't they need cash to fund the drill. It is rare for a share to go up by much, when there's funding doubts. Probably get a smaller rise from it at best, but then your timing has to be nailed on, which is difficult.

KR - you only need one of them to come good to turn the situation around. Hopefully that will happen, but this is the markets for you - feast and famine!

I think the main update needed is around the financing/prospectus. Has it fallen through, or is it still with the FCA.

Also not sure why Bres didn't just wait for the final results if they are only a few weeks away: "600 Tonne bulk sample processing expected to complete by June end with results due shortly after." Seems like trying to put out newsflow for the sake of it, or is it to detract from the financing delays? All imo and dyor

I'm finding BG's updates very confusing. On the one hand he makes it sound as if there is lot of work still left to do ('complex process', 'lots of work involved in unravelling a JV', 'regulatory rules' etc) and on the other hand he makes it seem like it's all done and we will hear in a few weeks?

I can't see HE1 remaining at these levels until after results are in. Something will definitely give, well before results time. I'm hoping it will be an upward move. They are drilling the fractured basement play first, and so every chance of those results being positive, because they already found Helium just above it, and it was increasing at depth. So this first set of results should be positive, if not the EWT.

Yes, I rode HEX from 10p to 25p. I still think it has some mileage left in it, so have left some in, but the big trade is done.

I think it's best to assume they are all cut from the same cloth, and then trade accordingly. I don't hold for big O&G drill results, as in my experience, they rarely come good and it's boom or bust. So even with HEX, I plan to be out before results come back. Likewise with HE1.

Hard to say which of these two has the more upside from this point in time. Maybe HE1 first and then switch over to HEX?

Hard to fathom how it's gone from prospectus will be ready in a month, to still not having it ready 4 months later. I mean are the delays at the FCA really this bad, or is there more to it?

Judging by the sells, not everyone is waiting. A very poorly handled comms over this JV imho. If still on the eve of finalising, why stop with the interviews. Should now be in a position to talk more about the deal (if it's been finalised and just needs inking) and also about plans for drilling. Instead just gone quiet....

No tweets from the camp site so far this month. If the deal is not signed this month, will OMI put out another update or just wait until it is concluded, leaving the market guessing or maybe putting out a tweet?
