Well the war looks like it might finally be over albeit Trump has already said this 38 times already apparently.

Computer is right about needing financing, without which, the project only exists on paper and it's all hype and hyperbole about it. I understand the point about warrants too, they are deeply frustrating and weighing heavily. But I hesitate to criticise management too much about them, because I don't know what other funding options they had, and it might have been a 'rock and a hard place' choice between giving warrants or stalling the project. Remember, they had to do several raises ever since inception and we all know, from our other juniors, that sometimes the market has been easier to get good placings, and at other times, placings have been brutal. I note here that BRES did manage to get some placings away at 5p for a while, but then after a while, they were not able to sustain this as the market became tougher to raise in.

Without knowing all the facts and realities behind those raises, it's hard to be too critical. Most juniors end up being put over a barrel by so called institutional investors. Let's hope it doesn't happen again!!!

The other thing that I will add, is that we are definitely being impacted by market weakness right now. BRES is performing similar to other shares I am in or which are on my watchlist. So there are 'external' factors at play here and it's not all to do with BRES, warrants, financing, etc, etc. All imo, keep the faith and dyor

Folks, I am sure you can tell by now that Max Velocity and Sharetrader are the same person, or clearly acting in tandem, imho. They often post at the same time, and MV's posts are mostly about Sharetrader.

I have, therefore, filtered Max Troll as well. I suggest other genuine posters do the same, unless you want to read their bs and another 'good cop, bad cop' trolling display aimed at disrupting the bb. All imo and dyor

True, but this presupposes that not only that there are better opportunities out there during this bearish phase AND that we be able to find them AND that we will be able to trade them effectively. Statistically, 90% of folk lose money in the markets, and so the less they trade, the better.

Rather than thinking of "opportunity cost", I am worried about "opportunity lost". I have a very low average here and I know that if i give that up, I won't get it back. It is a very rare and lucky situation to catch a cashed up story stock at its very low and with a sizeable position. I won't be giving it up simply because of a standard market Correction. Also, I know which of the following scenarios is likely to work out better for me:

1) Exit OMI and try to make money elsewhere over the next 12 months.

2) Hold OMI and see how much it makes me over the next 12 months.

I'm confident that for ME, it's holding onto this beauty.

Some good observations Rob - although would add that Gold has some support around 4000. It will be a sign of the strength of this bull run in gold to see how far it corrects. (I think 4000 represents around 38.2% and 3500 represents about 50% - but not done the Fibs on it.)

Corrections, although like watching paint dry, are also the best times to enter or add. It's clear to me that large players have been nibbling away at cheap stock. The LTH here have held through a few of these Corrections here already - inc ones which have lasted 5 months. Happy to hold through this one as well given the H2 of 2026 that we have coming here. If I had spare cash, I would be nibbling away at this. Too many chase the moves, and don't buy when others are fearful.

I don't think I have held a stock for as long as I have held OMI. Whilst the P/L is the ultimate consideration, I am not underestimating the value of the learning experience that is being gained as well. For those LTH who manage to see this one through, I am sure the experience gained will be invaluable and will make them much better investors/traders going forwards as well.

You can't do a single thing about the trolling. It isn't going to stop. Just don't let them stop you buying OMI shares or trick you into selling them.

Basically approach this bb knowing that every day the following is likely to happen:

a) A Troll will post criticising some aspect of OMI.

b) Another Trolling account will reply or mention the first Troll in response. This might be a positive post or a negative post - the aim is just to keep the attention on the Trolling.

c) Occasionally, a genuine poster will get sucked into this game and will unknowingly and naively respond to the Troll - usually in defence of OMI. It will do more harm than good because it's another post that keeps the attention on the Troll.

d) Other trolling accounts will just appear to continue the Trolling of the BB. Some will be regular posters, others more random visitors - but all Trolls.

e) When a thread is started by a genuine poster, or a genuine poster replies to something, the Trolling will infiltrate that discussion by posting in response and thereby disrupt the BB.

The aim is to disrupt pretty much every discussion on the BB and/or to try influence people into selling or not adding and/or just childish and personality disordered attention seeking.

I think about 50% plus of the posts and posters on this bb are trolls using multiple aliases. The MO of lead Troll (previously Element, now Sharetrader) posting and then using other accounts to keep them and their discussion going is once again too obvious to see.

If you want to know which accounts are guilty of this, just click on their posting history and you will see that almost the entirety or majorirt of their posts are about another troll. DON'T be fooled by the ones that seem to be criticising the Troll - that's just a way of keeping a disruptive thread going. There are at least two more trolling accounts that you will identify simply by doing this.

Interesting also that the trolling seems to increase on RNS days.

It's a fantastic opportunity to load up cheap for those that believe in the project and its fundamentals, and are confident that P1 funding is a few months away from being secured. P2 should follow in 2028 - debt funding processes, I am led to believe, always tend to take ages.

Yes, war or no war, a strike at El Cedro will mean that this nonsense with the share price will stop if it hasn't already. The mismatch between OMI's mcap and Collective's will simply just be too big for the market to resist any longer. We will all be putting everything we have in here.

If El Cedro succeeds (drills return Apollo-like intercepts over scale): OMI’s share price will multiply several times (or more) because of its micro-cap starting point. A genuine discovery at El Cedro will be transformative.

I really can't believe this is trading at 21p, with the news we've had from Pepas West and Apta, and have to come from El P and El Cedro. 4 Rigs will be turning in about a month's time!

Unless the warring parties are manipulating and trading oil, and that's why a peace deal keeps getting nearer and then further, we should see a deal between them sometime in June. We can then see if that has a positive impact on the weakness we have seen in the markets.

Whilst the share price remains below 22p, I would imagine that's because all the cheap shares are being accumulated, slowly but steadily, whilst the market weakness continues.

To the extent that it is war related - and none other than Rick Rule has opined that there has been such an impact - there are signs that Trump at least wants to reach a deal. The same is likely true of Iran and Israel, as this time round, both sides only attacked each other for a day or so, and then agreed not to attack the other again. So they all want a deal, but just not willing to make the necessary concessions.

The article sums up perfectly what MR has been saying. I've long since wondered about TESLA, whether it is even aware of Orom Cross/BRES, whether BRES and/or the DFC has reached out to TESLA about Orom Cross. If not, then I find this rather bewildering given TESLA is desperate to get hold of some ex China supply and there are hardly any other options here for them.

What would stop BRES seeking, and TESLA signing, a non binding offtake?

Those porphyries at El Cedro don’t look too far away from APTA. Building up a nice little gold district of our own in the mid cauca belt. We have the largest land package there as well.

Once this war related weakness ends, we will surely be one of the first to rip.
