RE: 14p monday9 Feb 2025 12:37
It is important to be grounded, but it is right to also note that this is an incredible opportunity in the making and as good a scenario as you will get in junior gold exploration. Only a few weeks ago, people were laughing at suggestions of 20p, whereas right now, it would actually be laughable to think that 20p will be the high for 2025, when we have already touched 14p in Canada. Usually, you have one or two strong points, which you can lead the argument with. But here, we have SO many. In no particular order, here are some factors which "could" come together nicely to give us incredible gains in 2025:
1) We are very early into this bull market which has a long way to go. POG likely to hit 3100 and then 3400 this year according to many gold analysts.
2) We have the projects to really excite in this environment, with PEPAS leading the charge.
3) We have moved early in the cycle - which are the hallmarks of a leader.
4) We are producing world class results and will likely keep producing them. The gold is from surface. We have the opportunity to expand the strike length by potentially x 10 with PEPAS 2.
5) We seemingly have the pitch to ourselves - no one else is producing these grades on AIM right now. No other junior goldie is seeing this kind of rise. Where does the AIM herd go that's better than here?
6) The float is small, especially when you consider how many are tightly held. Corrospondingly, the investor base buying these shares is very large, ranging from insti, HNW and investors in both UK and Canada.
7) We have other equally exciting projects on the book, such that PEPAS might not even be described as our flagship?
8) We are cashed up for now to the tune of $2.2 million, plus another up to $1 million from warrants.
9) Low cost drilling, where each set of holes is adding X million to the mcap and Y pence to the share price. So it's not a situation like Haverion where quarterly results are delivered from 1000s of metres of drilling costing millions to add the same gains.
Given we are already at 12-14p, I believe that we could hit 20p before a single hole goes into PEPAS 2. If we strike at PEPAS 2 with a share price in and around 20p, particularly an early strike, then who can argue that the share price won't then march on higher leaving 20p in the dust?
So overall, a potentially massive opportunity unfolding here with everything aligning to make it so. All imo and dyor
