Warrants should mostly be cleared by now, meaning future moves up won't have as much overhang, and we should see quicker and bigger rises.

Still think there's no need to hear from Hamilton himself? What price does the share price need to get down to before he resurfaces? Market needs to hear from him to steady the ship and this is not the time to go MIA. All imho and dyor

This is a time to BUILD positions, not reduce them. By having a large position now, it will give you optionality going forwards. I'm not talking about 20p - that's a shoo in and would be a real disappointment/anti climax if that was the high of the bull market for us in 2025. No, i'm talking 40p upwards and making sure you have enough shares to ride this kind of move up. You can only do that, or better do that, by loading up as much as you can at these cheaper levels, and then holding onto them for the big gains ahead.

The discussion over there is so much better quality and informed than we have here. They don't have trolls, which no doubt helps, but they also seem to have a lot of very clued up investors in this space. Their price projections are many multiples of current levels.

In the last week we have witnessed a HUGE increase in volume, in the number of daily trades, and in the number of posters on this BB. All of which shows that we are on the way up! Looking forward to results and the webinar on 26 Feb. If BG announces drilling at PEPAS 2, it will be another wild ride here for sure. Bonus will be confirmation that majority of warrants have been cleared.

Anyway, nicely setting up for a strong close to the week.

Sticky inflation and tariffs on the way. These are significant tailwinds for POG. We will likely be drilling PEPAS 2 with POG above 3000, and negative CPI data. The macro environment couldn't actually be better for us and provides the best conditions in which to make a discovery, which OMI is seemingly in the midst of doing at PEPAS.

Hard to see this remain at 12p whilst POG is about to hit 3000, probably as early as next week.

Get in before that happens, or watch and rue the missed opportunity. All imo and dyor

Believe me, I have no intention of buying back in based simply on hope and anticipation that it will come good. You might do that with more trustworthy outfilts, but not this one. Once bitten, twice shy and all that.

Hamilton was giving regular interviews and updates in 2024. These included RNS on 6 Nov telling us:

"The preliminary site visit involving Traditional Owners representatives, specialist Traditional Owner Rangers, Aztech Well Construction engineers, Georgina representatives and Lowecol Environmental consultants is scheduled to occur from 24-27 November."

Therefore, it's perfectly reasonable to expect him to update on progress towards this second site visit. Also, how comes we haven't heard from him of late.

Given the history here, this is not a company where you can assume an all is well narrative and invest on that basis, but is one of those companies where you should only act on confirmation all is well. It might mean paying more for the shares, but the risks here justify that.

But ramp away even though you have no clue wth is going on, because you have not been told about specific progress since the delay RNS. All imho

MM going to need a LOT of shares for the next move up. They will be hard to get though as lots of new entrants and buyers at these levels, and it's way too cheap to be selling at 11p, when OMI is likely to hit 20p on the next wave up.

The trolls have been wrong since 2.5p. Anyone with an ounce of self-awareness and humility would just stfu after being so badly wrong and embarrassing. But not these two narcistists.

Stop talking rampey bs Pompey. The last RNS announced a delay and need for a second site visit. Can you tell us when this second site visit will be taking place? No you can't, so an update is needed. With the first site visit, Hamilton updated as to when it would take place. All I'm saying is wth is going on with this second site visit. Is everything on track with the 60 days etc. To say that no update is needed is ridiculous.

US inflation figures higher than expected. Barrick Gold also reported stronger earnings. Looks inevitable that POG is going to go much higher and also good to see some stronger earnings being reported by the majors. That should see even more money come into the sector.

It does look very much like 2025 will be a strong bull market for gold and OMI looks primed to go much higher.

Hamilton gone quiet in 2025, in contrast to his regular interviews in 2024. Should really be updating the market. Why the change?

As I said earlier, it's really strong price action to see consolidating after another big move up. I was (selfishly of course) hoping it might fall back into the lower 10s, but no doing.

Doesn't help either that Hamilton has gone quiet. Company giving off some bad vibes imho and need to update the market as to what the heck is going on right now and what progress they are actually making towards this DEMIRS application.

ID78 - tbh, up until about a month ago, I'd never really heard about GRL. I made an initial, rather impulsive small buy, based on wanting more exposure to a junior goldie, with a view to doing some more research, as I was thinking GCAT myself. So my knowledge on this one is limited. However, I think you have summarised the position quite well, and I have discussed comparisons with GCAT with others. The similarities appear to be overpromising and underdelivering when it comes to timescales. Today's RNS is another example, in that 1k ounces has seemingly been pushed back beyond Q1, and they are no longer giving a timescale. Likewise the construction progress is also slower than expected. We also have a large seller in the background.

So there are still some question marks on both the key fundamentals and the technicals, hence why I currently only have a small position here. This will (obviously) come good IF they deliver the 1k within Q2. At the moment, it's clearly going to be one of the late movers amongst the goldies (if it moves at all).

So I will keep a close eye on it but only add if the 1k looks imminent and/or there is a change on the chart. All imo and dyor

Yes 1.2p has been peppered and no budging. How many Daventport shares are likely left?
