The joke is actually on those who reply. The troll is not here as an investor, but as an attention seeker. He posts negative drivel because that ALWAYS works on here in getting him responses to his postings. To be honest, the ones that constantly reply to him also have a screw missing imho, because the replies don't do anything other than fuel more drivel from the troll. This makes those replying almost as daft as he is. Because they keep hitting their heads against this brick wall.

The troll won't stop because he is getting responses, which is what he craves. You just have to decide whether you also want to be idiots by responding or mentioning him constantly.

Ah thanks - that's what I was wondering. It's just that there was nothing in the RNS about gold sales, and this and the small raises meant that I wasn't sure if they were stockpiling.

Realistically, when can we expect the company to start selling gold. Are they likely to enter into any pre-paid agreements?

I'll be more than happy with 7p btw, but much depends on what success they have with exploration and resource expansion I guess.

Chart is also looking interesting. A solid base forming with high volume coming into it. Large seller has provided an opportunity to buy at bargain basement levels. Now with the large seller out, this should start to respond to the increased buying volume. GRL nearly 15 bagged during its previous upmove, and even rallies during its subsequent downtrend were significant.

The company is sounding very confident of making progress on the ground. With gold about to hit 3000, i'd say we have until the next RNS lands to accumulate what we can at the very bottom of this base formation. Nevermind any future uptrend, even getting to the top of this formative base (2p to 2.2p) is almost a one bagger! But once it moves out of this base, then it's a case of how much of that downtrend from 15p it can make back up.

So I'm going to accumulate what I can at these levels, as this looks like a rare opportunity to get into a very undervalued and under priced growth stock during a bull run in its underlying sector. Just hope they deliver on the pitch!

I was thinking very much the same about how quickly such a large seller was cleared. Bodes well going forward.

At the moment, the company is giving an update every month. So we should get another update in a few weeks, which will likely coincide with gold at 3000. If the trajectory towards 1000oz remains positive, I can't see the market holding off much longer. Hopefully the company will also step up the media and start banging the drum.

All in all, that's why I'm building a position now, ahead of the herd. All imo and GLA

Think BG is approaching this really well. Lining up the insti interest and ramping up the promo, all just before drilling at PEPAS 2, which you suspect will be a game changer all over again, just like PEPAS 1. Next week will kick things off for us very nicely, and will (hopefully) see the share price start to bounce back, as looks like the bottom of this current consolidation has been set. Now we just need gold to hit 3000, which if it keeps its recent form going, should arrive within the next week or two as well.

Looking good for an afternoon push towards 5.5 to 6p?

Looks like the remaining supply below sub 1.3p is being absorbed today, but still think this is very much still under the radar. Do the company do much media and comms outside the RNS, as the last interview I could find was from summer 2024, but was an impressive listen?

It's clear from the tweet that the plan is to drill at PEPAS 2 very shortly and from existing funds. Otherwise BG would not be talking about using cash conservatively or planning the current activities in this way. It's also very encouraging to note that there are multiple institutions circling around OMI. As well as the back to back meetings with institutions, we also have the booth at the PDAC. Hopefully, some will enter now like Dynamic have done for the biggest gains. But either way, it does show that "if" we hit gold at PEPAS 2, we are going to have some big buying coming into OMI again.

Lots going on in the background for sure and we will learn more next week.

If you believe they will get the permit, then its still very good value.

I looked at Serabi today, for the first time in ages, thinking it might be a good one to target. Only about 18 months late to the party :-) But WOW, that's the kind of multibagger you want to catch and then ride!!!

KR - Hamilton is still suggesting the 60 days is on target, but I can't see how that is realistic. They still need to do the site visit and then submit the application to DEMIRS. So unless they are getting out to site this week, and even if they do, it's going to run beyond the 60 days.

Should have been asked in the interview if they were still fully funded. The delay will be at least 4 months and counting before they re-enter Hussar now, so I would be a little nervous about placing risk as well.

Can't be 60 days to get the actual permit, and must be to do the site visit? We are already 40 days in, and they still need to do the site visit. Once that is done, it's at least another 15 days to get a permit from DEMIRS, assuming the application is processed in the quickest timescale possible. So anyone expecting a permit in 20 days or so is going to be disappointed once again.

JJ - alternatively you could ask why we we went up nearly 500% in the first place. 18% is nothing when you've gone up that much. Do you expect the share price to continuously go up without any pullbacks?

Anyway, stick to your own view, I couldn't care less.

JJ - wth are you on (about)? There's a reason a lot of gold stocks are doing well right now and its not simply down to their own individual results. If the underlying commodity is going up, then it stands to reason that the sector as a whole will benefit from that. That's exactly what is happening.

And in case you hadn't clocked on, this is a BB for people to post their opinions. Mine happen to be supremely positive and if they come across as ramping, then so be it. Don't like them then ignore or hit filter and carry on in blissful ignorance.

As for your own contributions....

Can't ignore the sector or macros. Just take a look at the GDX and GDXJ - both look like they are going to break to new highs and start another leg up. Sentiment is key and brings money pouring into the best stocks.

Goldies doing well in the US as well, whilst the rest of the market is struggling. When gold hits 3000, it should trigger another big move up in the best goldies, of which this is clearly one of the best. At the same time, OMI has retraced nicely for anyone looking for a great entry or add point imho.

I expect the buying to firm up at these levels, as new buying comes in for the next wave up. That will give us a new floor, and then when we launch again, it will move quickly beyond 15p as the sellers will (mostly) be out.

That's my expectation (barring any bad news), but let's see and as always dyor. GLA
