Will take a look, but don't wish to overdoit with mining shares, as they will mostly all move and fall together. I've gone with OMI as my main exploration gold play, and GRL as my main undervalued gold producer with upside potential. Feel more confident about the former than the latter tbh.

But have kept a pot for shorter term swing trading, so will take a look at the below.

I'm happy that shares continue to be soaked up at these levels and ahead of the next RNS. Ticking up in between newsflow is a sign of strength. The previous RNS promised to open up new fronts, and since then the team have been on the ground (and in the air), seemingly doing just that i.e. working on the new fronts.

So whether or not they have been drilling, we should get a really exciting RNS setting out the forward drilling plans. It could even be that we contract a second Rig and end up drilling at Pepas AND El Cedro - although not sure the current team is big enough to do that? But could the same small team handle two Rigs at the same project?

Seller replaced by 500k buyer. Seen a lot of 500k trades go through in recent weeks. I think once this makes a first push up, it will hopefully start to trend and begin its rerate.

The other point to make is that whatever the actual or perceived past failings of management (which I can’t comment on either way as I’m a newbie here) they appear to be to doing things right now, or at least on the right path to production.

It’s a great risk/reward proposition from 1p. Multibagger for sure if they get the increase production from Pit 1.

Everything at these levels is being scooped up.

Lots of sellers out and so this next move up should break through 5p.

Tomorrow will be interesting for sure. Think we might see a big move up and strong close this week.

Could very well be the Chinese dumping them - I read somewhere that they own about £900 billion worth!

Gold back on the move up, so showing signs that it WILL be the safe haven play through this tariff turmoil period?

Not sold a bean. But for the tariffs turmoil, we would have been well on our way. The last RNS was nothing short of spectacular, but landed on the worst day/week possible. Markets will bounce back and this is a strong candidate for a bounce. In fact, you can see the demand coming in at these lows, which is savvy buyers taking the lows for the inevitable next move up. Nab what you can in the lower 3s and then a little bit of patience needed. All imo and GLA

I think if you are trading a company based on fundamentals as well as price movement, then you have to have some level of trust in the management. For me, that was eroded with the shifting sands updates being provided by Hamilton. Therefore, I have no regrets about missing out on the recent upside, which I would only feel if I was trading it on technicals and missed out on that basis.

I still don't have full confidence that there won't be more delay.

The markets will bounce back once the tariff story is resolved. This is a screaming buy and especially if it does fall back.

WOW that is an incredible result. One of the best holes you will ever read about. Also extending the strike area. This is shaping up to be an absolute monster.

Apparently Argentina will be the first country to agree a zero tariffs deal with the US.

Gold is performing well amongst all the carnage. This bodes well and show it will continue to perform the role of safe haven and hence why there are projections of 3600 for this year. GRL is poised to have a strong lift off over the coming months.

Key for us is the performance of gold. It's going up amongst the carnage. Gold stocks will be one of the few growth sectors right now.

Starting to step up the comms and media and sounding confident. Month on month increase in production!

Some decent buys coming in now. New ISA allowances from next week. Hopefully, this should be the start of an uptrend and re-rating of the stock. I noticed that gold and its ETFs did really well amongst all the carnage yesterday, which means these kinds of stocks will be the 'go to' for investors and traders over the coming months. GLA
