@GSloppy - are the DFC payments actually frozen? If they are, is that:

1) Down to Trump/DFC, or is it

2) because the DFS milestones for triggering those payments have not been completed?

Very important to know which of these it is, because there's a big difference between 1 and 2 above. 1 is very problematic and is out of Bres's hands. But 2 has nothing to do with Trump or the DFC, and is simply down to Bres hitting the milestones, which is very much in its hands.

Chart is also encouraging, with it being all coiled up and ready to go. Think we will look back in a few months and see that sub 1.35p was the very best entry level into GRL. I would expect 2p to be taken out as soon as the market gets a clear sense of increasing gold production from Pit 1. I don't think we will need to wait for 1k ounces, as the market will move well ahead of the target being reached and in sure expectation of it.

First stop is taking out 1.35p, and looks like we are gearing up for anothe retest of it. The more times a level is tested, the weaker it becomes, so if the next update continues to show positive and upward trajectory, think we will break through it for sure. All imo and GLA

Dont forget folks that there has been a decent reversal in the copper price. Copper will surge once the tariff war results in a ceasefire and negotiated settlement between the US and China. Or if no agreement, China decides to weaponise its copper. Ideal scenario would be for Copper to once again head towards 10k, just as results come through from Phase 2.

I suspect last of the shares sub 4p will be taken up by close of play this week, and we could retest 5p.

Nice cup and handle formation has developed over the last 2 months. Will it breakout simply on POG, or will it be the next RNS that triggers the breakout? Not much time left to load up at these levels.

Should start to rise as Phase 2 results will be highly anticipated and will be company defining. How long are they likely to take to come through?

Utter BS - there were several posts which were adamantly arguing that the DFS was fully funded. If you think £1 million is sufficient then you’re actually a bit of a fool, or just trying to mislead others.

Bres would say fully funded if that’s the case, but it hasn’t. You are just spinning the positives as per usual. Keep going if it makes you feel good 👍

Excellent RNS - looks like we have some high value prospects and can’t wait for Phase 2 drilling results to drop.

Again, not a difficult call to make unless you are completely blinkered like one or two rampy LTH on here who can see no wrong.

Some real muppets on here who have been proven wrong and now can’t face up to that. All I did was read the AFR from an unbiased perspective and saw the recent share price action and concluded that a placing was on its way. It was not a difficult call to make at all given the circs.

I agree with others that a paltry raise of £1 million is not going to address the problem here, which is further dilution likely to be needed and/or delay to the DFS without it.

Especially if these DFC payments don’t come through when needed.

Wavecrest - management can't be so naive to expect the share price to go up whilst they are still diluting? These shares usually only go up once the placing risk is out of the way. Or when investors can be confident that the next raise will be delivered at a higher price. Without this confidence, it's a bad or riskly or mistimed investment.

I had the opportunity to buy these at 3p. The reason I did not, at what were considered to be bargain basement prices by many, was because of the funding situation and hence placing risk. Has this risk gone away? is what many like me will still be thinking!

You have to view this from the vantage of those on the sidelines, not those already financially and emotionally committed, as most long term holders (sufferers) will only see the positives - they have to really. Many of them posters on here in my experience.

Hence why I keep going on about the "fully funded" issue, because quite simply, hard to see anyone making money on this share until this lower ball placing risk is unequivocally removed, which can only really happen once fully funded for the DFS.

If still not fully funded, then by how much? If it's a significant amount, then does that mean another placing in a few months' time, and if so, at what discount? However, if fully funded, then MR needs to come out and say so, for the sake of sentiment and the share price. A lot of positive newsflow is being wasted here because the primary issue for the market, as it often is, concerns the funding situation. So up to Bres to clarify, or continue to see this drag. Also dropped the offtake RNS last week, which is classic pre placing antics.

I think GGP will be 'the steady Eddie' but probably has a lower ceiling in terms of share price growth potential compared to OMI. It is now less 'explorer' and more 'producer', and whilst producers move more reliably than explorers, the latter tend to make the bigger gains in a bull run - the good quality ones anyway!

I'm confident that 20p will arrive here on the next leg up, which does look poised to commence. We just need a RNS from the company to give us their forward plans, and then we can be off to the races again. Once we are in the 20s (following any profit taking), it's then a case of whether or not we hit more gold during the upcoming drilling. Any expansion of the existing mineralisation at PEPAS and/or strikes elsewhere will get us into the 30s you would think, especially given how quickly this moves on such news, which will be even more rapid with the insti backing it now has?

From there, assuming gold is still marching towards 3700, OMI hitting 40p will become like a self fulfilling prophecy because all the talk and expectation in the sector will be about the best stocks making their new highs.

It won't take until the end of the year for the above to play out either. It will happen if or when we strike at PEPAS and/or El Cedro, both of which will be drilled well before year end. In fact, PEPAS is being drilled now and El Cedro will follow maybe in Q3?

No they haven't done that. Bres chooses it words very carefully, and the RNS does not say it is now fully funded for DFS completion. Nor can it be fully funded with only £1 million, much of which will be used for WC not the DFS. The RNS simply states that some of the money raised will be used to "advance the final stages" of the DFS, not that it will "complete" those final stages.

So more DFS funds will be needed, but not clear whether this is with or without DFC money. All imo

True, but why not just raise the full amount then, rather than line the pockets of the so called "investors" with warrants that they can free ride from? I am sure retail would have come in for a lot more than £100k? For all the lauding of the management, imho Bres is now not much different to any other stock when it comes to lower priced dilution, warrants for the lucky few, and retail being treated less favourably.

But the real issue here is still not having a firm handle on whether another raise is going to be needed in a few months' time to pay for the DFS - with or without the final DFC payments. Until this isn't clarified, it makes it difficult for new investors to buy into this at this moment of uncertainty. All imo and dyor

Took a lot of unwarranted stick, but I did surmise that this was on its way (and was the reason I didn't buy on the recent drop either). I was actually hoping it would be a substantial raise and unequivocally end the debate about whether or not Bres is fully funded for the DFS. Sadly, not sure this raise does put Bres in that "fully funded" position. Which then leaves open the likelihood of another raise in a few months' time?

The other negative aspect to this is yet more warrants, but this time at 4.5p. So both the raise price and warrant price are getting lower each time, and Bres has been left with a lot of warrants at lower levels. Notably, no warrants for loyal retail holders either, but I guess that's to be expected?

You would think supply at 12-14p will have started to dry up by now. Can see it making a move to 18p in the coming months and then it will depend on how they get on with these production wells and plant.

I think focus is now switching from the higher risk exploration drilling/testing and towards the more de-risked production newsflow. Therefore, HEX's newsflow should be relatively positive now for the next 6 months, with production expected to commence in Q2/Q3. Hence, you would think that 12-14p represents the bottom for now, and HEX should make at least a 50% return from current levels over the coming months, unless something goes wrong!

Looks very much like this is now being accumulated - most likely HNW or could even be insti activity. We are probably only a RNS or two away from being on an upward trajectory re the production target, which in turn puts the company onto an upward trajectory all together. So buyer(s) getting in now whilst it's still under the radar and going cheap.

If they continue towards that target, and the price of gold marches on towards current projections of 3700, then this might well be one of the biggest risers during H2 of 2025. Let's hope so and GLA
