Principal Risks and Uncertainties
The main risk to the operations of the company is that the working capital runs out and there is insufficient
funding to keep the company operating and compliant with listing regulations.
The Board is fully aware of this risk and manages its cash closely. In order that all the funds available to the
company are used exclusively for essential expenses, i.e. mandatory compliance costs, professional fees etc., the
Directors work for a notional £1 p.a. salary. The company has no other paid employees.
It is also the case that the Chairman has, as occasion has required, supported the operations of the business with personal funds.

so many AIM bod's bleed shareholders dry and under perform but this may be a main listed company.

Look how good new trend strategy ema 8,13,21, stochastic 12:3:3 , T LINE EMA8 and brown EMA54 ABC triangle are.ALL FREE.

no need to pay fancy £3k and £4k to educators who claim to be traders too but don't give a 3rd party accredited broker's account to support their outrageous claims of thousands of pips a month, in one case 8,000.

phucking clots all of them but feel free to substitute the l and o with a u and n

btw pom back to £11,900 in 2 months that's 19% up . a full time fund manager would give his right arm to achieve that in 12 months!. it could have been much more but for 2 trades without stop losses in place caught out by sudden big moves in the opposite direction, both trades not monitored fund went down to £8k.from £12k

now that's the icing on the cake for a wonderful 2 days racing.
and after 2 months trading under new esma margin rules my demo pom fund back to £12k so 20% up in 2 months. fund managers would give an arm and a leg to achieve that in 12 months. now ready to trade in earnest live from lessons learned.

more money in trading but nothing gives a better buzz than beating the bookies and a good horse race

Knigelk i went off sds as too many losers under 5/1 and he started to lose on odds on which i rarely back these days . took a gamble with persian moon in 3 horse race though doing doubles but kept off trebles which paid off. mind you the treble paid odds of 100/1 but too many bets @ £10 a shout.

harry had 3rd time unlucky at epsom previously getting 3 winners in each of the previous 2 meetings but one of the ladies in my wife's group, a splendid elegant lady in her 80.s had a blinder backing every winner, like me and the wife when Benny the Dip won the Derby,
but like us i suspect she did more than 1 selection in each race.
