Brewhaha, the volumes prior to recent periods were about 1-3m a day from memory. The volumes only took off from Nov onwards (maybe mid/late October)

You make a good point with GS20 figures in the fact that they could be more transparently presented

Crypto volume in general across many platforms did not really go up until starting in Nov, no chance GS20 was doing $80m eth in August, would be my take on that one.

Semnet contract in accounts I guess is down to when they earn the revenue in I guess. They can have the order on the books but revenue might be booked based on work done etc but not something I have looked into in detail. The RNA confirmed the contract and another RNA provide the value so I assume the valuation meets the company profile, it would not list unless it did.

I agree I don’t think cake / bake was a huge purchase as it was certainly a mess but they spent time getting it back on track before the deal was announced so my assumption was it washes its own face so to speak now, and hence I did not play around with GS20 figures too much.

The Angra estimate included a factor of assets / cash within the business but wanted to keep it simple as I feel that’s harder to “quickly” value, other than the fact I think it will ultimately be larger than GS20 in my view.

My overall summary is GS20 / Semnet underpins the value and some in my view.

Billy, the bit I struggle with is when I use “what could happen” figures I am basically declaring anyone even with just 1m shares is a millionaire and some and when the SP is at 2p I have to slap myself, but each time I run the numbers I realise I am awake and it could happen. We don’t have the requirement for massive raises and or dilution to build a mine, or other capital heavy items required, which is what really puts the growth in retail holders favour for once

Thanks, I needed to update my spread sheet lol. This is the simplest way of my understanding how undervalued this could currently be with very little detail.

Assume £36m a day (after cake and bake integration) and assume 0.02% and 350 days at that volume and 15-16 at zero for good luck = £25.2m yearly revenue for GS20.

In a start up typically they are valued off revenue and the multiple could be debated all day long so go with 2 as that is low and I actually think we are closer to 3-4 give the growth stage we are in but stick with 2 so GS20 could be valued at circa £50m on its own currently when being very conservative.

No add on Semnet 60% @ the listing amount circa £36m so we then get £86m valuation.

Now only add £10m for Angra because I am being beyond conservative and you get a valuation of £96m and we are currently circa £38m so about a 2.5x increase in SP to meet a reasonable but very conservative valuation.

If we get more detail on Angra, or figures from GS20 platform, or Semnet listing adjust accordingly but reality is we should be around 4.5-5p now in my opinion and reaching 10p would actually be quite easy.

The predictions of 20p etc are not ridiculous and my ridiculous estimates are well beyond that.

Just wanted a quick way of demonstrating why I think it’s currently hugely undervalued.

The above is all very conservative for a good reason as I wanted to simply explain why I consider it very undervalued and using beyond conservative numbers is the easiest way.

What was the max 24hr volume anyone saw on the GS20 platform?

Certainly no frustration from my side, if it jumped to 3p in 5 mins I am not selling and going over 2p is a given, whether today, tomorrow, or jan

Matt, if you have an average of around low 2p I suspect you will do well.

The bod purchased at 2p and stated about making 100x their investment so you are in the boat with them and so far they are steering it well

The cash for cake and bake is an interesting one as is the value they paid.

The GS20 exchange took off in oct/November so even if you assume only 15m a day average volume, which was exceeded many times in that period, and then apply the fee % for a period of 75 days that is well over 2m revenue in the door in just that period. If angra did similar (reality is angra once running should dwarf GS20 imo) it’s easy to see a lot of revenue not yet in report accounts was possible.

RP, fully agree and they mentioned placings and when they could be used so I have no worries on that aspect. The business pillars will start to generate free cash flow (have already in reality) and be documented in next accounts.

Some people will invest at different times along the way but being invested from 0.7p will not be possible again.

Also I have potential to add more for a free ride if 2 of my resource plays get imminent JV’s over the line as the profit from them would come straight in here. So finger crossed this stays at this price and they jump in next week

I have always said I find it hard to value GST in the future as the numbers I come up with are ridiculous and hence almost unbelievable but reality is they are not and if they get this right it’s going to be one of the best investment growth periods seen for a long time.

My simple maths starts by assuming both the GS20 and AngraFX do £20m a day of transactions (GS20 already was doing that in 24hr periods and exceeding that before cake/bake) now assume the fee is 0.2% as they shown and then work the daily profit out.

Once you have done that add Semnet in and apply relevant sector PE’s etc and that answer alone is “multiples of todays market cap”

Then assume some relevant growth and work out what it could be in 1-2 years and the figures and mind blowing.

To me the reason people de-ramp is to make a quick 10-20% as they pretend to be a trading god. If someone put 20k in this now I would not be shocked if they were a millionaire in 5 years or very well off if GST gets brought out towards end of next year / 2026 and I know how ridiculous that sounds, but the mind blowing potential in the sector and business pillars really could deliver that.

As always time will provide the answer, but the best short term answer is the market cap is undervalued and 20k now would most likely be 40-50k in QTR 1 2025 would be my view.

I assume basically heads of terms agreed this year and then legal contracts next year, but at HoTs stage the finances are known

Simon if you sold out at 1p or whatever you did then you were wrong. I never suggest advice to anyone but I brought more upto 1.4p so far and happy to do so with the expectation I make a lot from them.

Jiffy, I am in that as well and if it works out 2025/26 will be unbelievable 👍 so a wise choice

Well I have a couple of short term opportunities that I am hoping make some money in 1-3 weeks and if they do then this being back in the 5’s is an unexpected opportunity

The lack of whoosh / tanking / timber / rocket comments over the last few days has been testing lol.

I think the interims were great, the implication on Angra seeing sustained growth in H2 25 and the fact that the GS20 volume explosion has been post Sept means we are no doubt in profit for H2 25 and enough to support the cash purchase of cake/bake. If that jolts daily volume in the exchanges and starts to bring in new users then it’s fantastic for the 2nd half of H2 25 as well.

There will be noise coming no doubt at different price points but I guess the answer is let it pass and don’t comment as a sensible conversation with people who 1 min post whoosh and next minute timber is unlikely 😂

Jiffy, it’s a personal opinion. It I would expect him to be lower than that now based on the volume we have been seeing and the rounded trades. If he was not between 40-50m max now I would be shocked and not at all surprised if lower, but it is significant guess work as the shares being sold could ultimately come from anywhere.
