Sometimes deals or neg of said deals requires the smaller party to have capital so that would be my assumption, but they have put pressure on themselves to deliver a Jv short term or provide a very specific rna on the subject

They will get churned into JV news I guess so initially rise on JV will be less than expected and then will move higher a while after when churn is done, but obviously fully down to JV terms.

Suggesting there might be a placing in a junior explorer truly is like suggesting the sun might come up in a next week.

They are inevitable, it’s just the order of events that was the question. Must admit I expected JV first but in reality a guess so SP will settle eventually around 0.24-0.25p which is the dilution but hit 0.225 briefly at some stage, where buying on open market will be tricky I would assume.

So if GST can pull off an ARB rise initially as rerating we would be at 35-40p ish and this has potential to be much bigger than arb but let’s be honest we needs some more progress to get us there, but if the right news keeps landing and revenue / profits keep increasing we are going to probably reach it eventually just not in Jan 25 lol unless a significant takeover offer comes in.

It’s rerating at the moment obviously, at some stage it will consolidate and may start that process with a 10% drop day but when that starts is the question. For us LTH’s it’s irrelevant to some degree and my view is we consolidate around 100m market cap.

Seems to me like every login now is either trolling, or only likes 1 stock and hates the rest for all illogical reasons.

For instance if I say I am invested in TRP and GBP as I believe both have short term drivers for a SP increase and believe they both have merits most would disagree. If I then say I have some in GBP and GGP people think it’s wrong as 1 is clearly better than the other and then I say am also in another few investments people wonder why it’s not all in 1 amazing share as their share is the best in the world.

LSE is either full of toddlers now or genuinely juts trolls. I have come across a few investors who seem to be clued up from what they say but it’s few and far between now.

Great day and actually a little shocked as I believe we are undervalued still but expected a consolidation period at some stage and thought this week was ideal but never happened.

The best thing about the recent trip up is the volume that’s being traded because it builds a great base for the SP and the volume since the lows is huge so the QTY of company shares traded at a higher price than I paid is great for ensuring profit will remain in my portfolio.

Unless they report late sells from the last 30 mins etc the drop is ridiculous overdone on volume so let’s see that it does.

My personal expectation is they will scoop up at more smaller companies in the next 12 months and build the empire quickly using that approach as it’s what they are already doing.

Well Patshare @2p buy in price the BOD stated they wanted 100x growth so their view is certainly this is a Unicorn in the making.

Give them time and space to work within and I think they can do it given it’s right sector, right time, and right BOD vision.

No problem nothopeful, it’s hard to guess but there are some clues in the figures suggested as it all seems to tie in and if I am right the answer is we give away very minimal and in fact the price is slightly higher to cater for the give away but wait for the IPO confirmation and that would reveal all. Semnet on Nasdaq could do very well given what it does and the sector it’s in, if they take a fancy to it over there it will exponentially help GST so price.

Nothopeful, you are asking a question that no-one will really know until details are clear but if you go by what the min Nasdaq listing is and add the typical equity requirements you get in and around the figure being discussed for listing, which would suggest very minimal give away by anyone but until we get the details its impossible to answer.
