I saw some hilarious posts this morning about not trading today and can’t understand English etc.

My advice is read the RNA’s yourselves and make you own opinion as the confusion on here around the listing and consolidation was impressive.

Still we are all in GGP to make money and looks like we all are or will so this week is a huge hurdle and then onwards to operational updates, drilling, and Hav.

AIM, certainly has potential for that, just waiting to see what happens with GGP on ASX listing as I was lucky to get some in the 4.8 placing last year and have an average of around 8p on a decent amount so next week could be fun there.

It seems recently making 10-15% on trades is quite easy the last month. In real terms my portfolio is up about 10% in a few weeks and that’s with GST dropping down so when this moves I should do well and certainly on course for a really good year.

Muldoon, You do realise valuing a company on a higher SP as opposed to the market caps is slightly not right don’t you?

My presumptions where based on your statement, if your comment was not factually correct then I am sorry I am not in a position to guess where your boundaries or truth / make believe sit, so I usual just assume what people write is factually correct in their context. Yes best not argue with an idiot as I am obviously mental challenged and know nothing .

@nuckyt LSE is a great place to get an idea, as long as you then follow it up with research elsewhere if you are going in with a larger investment as you have to decide if the risk/reward and time frame suits your outlook.

That said I have made and lost money before just jumping in on hype and QTY of social media traffic, but that’s for normally a trade of 1-2 days max.

Enki, yes I know just every so often I reply when I should not as when people get timing wrong, don’t understand what they invested in and finally decide they are doomed I just find it strange to say the least.

I have thrown cash quickly into things before as seen a good reason but if it does not meet my expectations I just sell and move on.

Redandy, it’s not hoping and guessing the last interims already had a statement on how H2 was progressing in terms of revenue increase and that’s is 50% of the way through H2 at that point so a more than decent indication revenues are increasing.

I am personally not expected 9x increase, if it’s that level of revenue increase from the last starting point it would blow the doors off the SP, I just want to see progress which is the revenue increasing, and no matter what others say Bake is not included which could have a significant impact on the balance sheet when it hits.

So sell out mate, and make money elsewhere if that’s your view, what’s difficult about that? If you have circa £12-14k left in based on you buy in and £5 lost etc then in 2 years turning £12-14k into £19k will be simple so go do that and come back in 2 years 👍

If your not selling out because your worried it might go up that’s emotional attachment and never gets you anywhere. Which only know as been there and brought the t shirt.

I trade other shares and the last 3 months have been great, but I have 4-5 that I have been accumulating on as I think they will provide the significant growth when they move.

GST and GGP where my fav 2, and GGP started that move a while back and is doing what I expected in terms of portfolio growth.

nuckyt, no idea on your experience level so apologies but take the emotion out and you either think gst is beta place to make your £5k back or you don’t, if you think it’s not sell out and invest it in another stock, investing is really that simple.

@kat yes there are loads of **** shares making gains lately and i would suspect lth of gst also take opportunities like that all the time, just with gst it’s a long term growth stock and unless you are lucky with buy in time it’s not for trading, or trading on a shorter time line, that said maybe the timing is not right for a shorter time scale trade (6-8 weeks maybe) but traders can decide that themselves.

NuckyT, sorry I don’t buy that I have been done on investments many times before and if you genuinely feel it’s bad you sell up and put the money where you think it’s good. The only reason you would keep it somewhere is if you think there is a chance for it to improve.

I thought the stock market was for PIs to make cash but seems LSE is around for people to moan about what they think is a bad investment.

My simple advice if you think something is not for you then use you time to find opportunities that are, makes zero sense wasting valuable research time bashing something you dislike.

Was going to make a long post but can’t be bothered.

Last interims were are follows :-

Increased revenue (9 fold)

Increased asset value (a few extra million)

Reduced debt (almost at zero)

Purchased BAKE

They also added this.

Angra has experienced substantial revenue growth during H1 25, which has continued post Period end

If you think GST is not heading in the right direction with exception of a black swan event or a significant mistake by the BOD then just sell up and go trade your cash elsewhere. Not a single investor will be upset with GST, but traders who time it wrong probably are.

My view is GST stopped moving down when it hit 1.125 and has been starting to trend up for a little while, I would assume this will build into the results but the moves up / down and the trend will start to increase is angle of ascent soon I would assume as potential 5-6 weeks left

In terms of the bigger picture of world events GST is priced at such a level that it’s actually shown a lot of stability on choppy days in the market because I assume not many are willing to sell this one at these levels

Update I would assume will be with results now, unless anything material happens in the next 0-6 weeks.

AIM, not to suggest it won’t but after HoT’s it usually goes to the legal people and turns in to a contract, which I assume was ok or they would have had to say so.

That said the important part of the whole IPO think for me was someone telling us what Semnet was valued at, as prior to that RNA I was unknown.

Must admit they certainly will take a lot of shares of me now, which was not the case 1-2 days ago. As others have mentioned starting to look very similar in pattern to the 2024 period into results.
