Yes expect an RNA tomorrow and I would be shocked if it’s over subscribed, I will assume like last time it will be under as like last time you could buy lower yesterday and not much different today so the penalty for buying on the open market does not exist, and not much will happen till the 15th so anyone looking to buy more would probably chance their luck the next few sessions, or I would lol

If a companies only business is to by buy BTC and the second they buy 1 BTC they are valued as follows.

1BTC = 10BTC

By all means trade sentiment etc, but the ones making the real money are the ones in the placing and when the music stops and some one decides 1BTC is 1BTC don’t be left holding the baby.

Luckily if like this strategy and GST buy £1.5m worth then you are happy for GST market cap to shoot up by £15m so this must be seen as a fantastic strategy by the BOD.

SWC has done well, and as mentioned I fluked a win by having some money in the old shell it took over.

To drop into SWC now, I would only do so after I checked the valuation be the asset value as it does not meet my criteria of an undervalued company but each to their own

Kat, I won’t respond anymore as if you see no business improvements in 3 years there is no comment I can offer you.

To take cash from a cash resource to put into an asset (even if liquidity is good) makes no sense unless the cash is from cash reserves because they are not buying BTC to sell in 30 days later to pay bills.

To have any cash available to put in an asset suggest it’s not need for normal operating costs, hence maybe the income and remaining cash resources cover operating expenses for the required amount of time to be a stable business.

Sorry Kat, until you understand the difference between cash reserves vs cash balance it’s a pointless conversation.

To help you start cash balance does not equal cash reserves.

I have never stated how much cash or cash reserves they have but had my own calculated opinions.

Ah I see, if you can’t see anything positive in 6 months no point me point out the last 12-14 months of my involvement.

I guess the view point, as always, will come down to the individuals average, projected duration of holding the stock, and understanding of the business / sector.

No point me pointing out my view, as it won’t change your opinion and you can read RNA’s as easy as I can and finding the positives is really not that hard.

Let me approach it another way, the negatives have seen since my involvement are as follows: -

Placing at 1.9. Even through it was well above my average I think it was not timed well in my view.

The placing today I would not have done to just buy BTC as it affects sentiment as opposed to any negative affect on the company valuation, but maybe the BOD know more than I do as to why they have decided to do it. If we see a confirmation of BTC purchase after the 15th July and / or a purchase plan I am ok with it.

Initially Easysend bothered me but even before the announcement I said I thought it would not happen, and the fact they presented an alternative acquisition for a license I saw that as neutral impact in my opinion.

Kat, there are no reasonable conversations, everything the company does draws criticism from you, never once have you expressed any joy or delight from what they have done other than when you have brought back in and want a profit.

You were exactly asking for this approach today when they announced the treasury (I was not) but now you have what you asked for its now not ok.

For clarity if I was the BOD I would not have done this today based on what I know but they know more so I will assume it’s a good business decision as the business decisions since my involvement have been spot and and delivered what they said they would.

That’s the point Kat, technically they don’t need to push anything to be back at 1.4p as the net affect of the today once BTC is purchased / money received is basically just the costs of the raise as the raise goes on assets.

Today’s drop is because placings normally reach the pricing place on the ask, because they do and then sentiment. Dust settles, price increases

BDSM, like I said I actually don’t agree with doing it in my opinion, however in terms of value to GST it has no effect to the hard financial values so I am waiting now for proof of BTC purchase once processed and the results.

Actually thinking about it using BAKE, will increase the asset value on that platform and help build confidence in that platform, which will help with that growth. Basically we have taken 2m and the value of any benefit to the 2m stays in the group.

That I agree with Zag and is very important, I would like to see 10-15 personally with a plan to top that up to 15-20 at the right time (if currently is not the right time)

Placings for working capital = never that great

Placings for acquiring an asset = normally ok

The reason today should be ok, is they are buying something with the money and not just flushing it to keep the lights on.

The only part from my side is I want visibility of the BTC purchases as soon as completed now or a plan on how they will be purchased (x amount a week etc)

3-4 weeks ago companies went up 5-20 fold on what they placed which was nonsense. For GST it’s only down on sentiment nothing else as the placing is adding value.

Nobbyboy1, it’s just RNA chasers doing their thing either ramp to the moon or damp to the ground. They buy / sell in the first hour and then luck dictates if they do well, as 90% of the time doing anything on an RNA in the first hour is recipe for failure.

A company has basically said give me £2m and I will increase the balance sheet by let’s say £1.5m in the form of an appreciating (currently) asset and the confusion and miss understanding is hilarious.

Did I want to do this no, is it actually an issue in terms of valuing the company, no.

If BTC does what’s expected by end of 2025 expedited purchase makes sense, but again for clarity no what I would have done, or certainly not in the order of announcements anyway.

Moaners - why arnt we doing a treasury

GST - We are starting a treasury with our cash reserves when opportunities arise

Moaners - why are they not buying more they should just raise like SWC etc

When you raise for an asset, technically there is no dilution as it’s accretive but to demonstrate that it would be wise to confirm the BTC purchase.

So there was moaning they weren’t buy BTC quick enough and not doing what the rest did, they now do what the rest did and there is moaning there is a “small” placing. Some people need to decide what they want.

I did not want it as was happy to use reserves over time, but equally can see advantages of buying quicker so again time will tell.
