Agreed, I just think an arbitration note buried in an ops update would not be a wise idea as that is not very transparent and personally I would read that as trying to hide news and I would then be more worried.

For pure selfishness I want results on the 30th or 31st as my cash cow is getting results and have a decent amount in that so if that delivers a small rise it gives me extra capital that I would buy a few more here out of profit, as downside is not a concern for me then, based on how I am doing this year as a portfolio

I would not release arbitration news with results but I get it’s a personal opinion.

The amount of noise arbitration has caused, if it was released with positive financial news what do you think the summary of the positive results would be.

This way round they advise they are trying to seek extra profit, then give you the financials, which then the discussion can be “they were decent results and if arbitration is successful they get better”

Like I said though it’s just a personal view and I would not combine them, but maybe a benefit in releasing together I guess, but more negatives so happy with this approach.

Like I said also after the rna I contacted PR and was advised intent is to publish results in July, as I had the concern on results.

Put it this way only 4 trading sessions left to find out.

In the results, if the decision to go that route to get more profit has been decided and the process started they had to release that, I assume the director made the purchase and they advised the year end cash position to help put some minds at rest as they knew what was coming.

Rabbit, exactly this in market cap, if the company tells you it’s raising money to buy BTC with a placing, if the impact is said placing dilution (and more) occurs and then no benefit is added back to the market cap then it just increases the undervalued aspect.

That said, I said I did not really like the idea of a placing to buy BTC but if you are going to do it they need to confirm they have purchased them or confirm the conditions when they will purchase them. Some more detail should be available so let’s see, exciting week coming up in GST and a couple of others I am in, with results due.

No one knows nothing at at 10m a day volume that is 0.4% of the company traded (give or take) so on the buy side or sell side it’s irrelevant.

I think speculating on what the reason is for the exact non complete is pointless.

It is not about GST and Sement not completing its about the said named people not acting in the way that the agreement said they should and the fact it’s suggesting more profits into Semnet suggests they have done something to cause Semnet to loss profit or not gain as much as they should by hitting targets as billy suggested as GST have said if its successful Semnet get more profit.

This is not that Semnet and GST have not completed its individuals have not acted as per the agreements which GST feel has lost Semnet some profit

I should note my info via the PR route was don’t after the announcement as that is what I initially considered but that is what I was told.

Does not mean it will happen obviously but if in danger of not being provided I would have expected a more vague answer than I got so all should be good.

AIM, of course anything is possible but arbitration comes after a lot of normal discussions first and as it arbitration I don’t feel it will prevent results but then that is no guarantee.

My message might have got missed in the noise yesterday but the message I had from the company PR route was they expect to release results this month.

Rabbit, I use ADVFN and have live pricing etc, but for my type of trading rarely is the live price that relevant.

Let’s all just agree this: -

If you are trading GST for the last 6 months you are likely doing not well, although if your brought and sold at the peaks / troughs you could be making something

If you are invested for longer term and brought in Jan you are likely not doing ok and upset

If you invested early last year and are looking at the company progress not the SP progress you are likely happy and slightly in profit.

Moomins, exactly my situation as soon as I saw coal I wanted to grab a few but only $100 worth so won’t affect much.

SP movement and Company progress are disconnected all the time in shares, the key is finding the disconnect in your favour (I.e not overvalued)

People need to look at GST as a company not a SP as value always outs in the end.

SP is here on sentiment, and importantly churn from the placing.

If people can’t find positives in a growing revenue YoY, reduction of losses, increasing cash position, increasing assets, and new licenses/strings being added to the bow on a regular basis then it’s no one’s job here to point it out. You either get it and like it or you don’t as your view is “the share price is low”. Yes correct the SP is low and my view is through many mistakes I have learnt buying when SP is low is better.

Not long to wait now for another set of figures to support the company direction, and even if it shows YoY growth I will look forward to comments like “the growth is not enough” etc etc as the next wave of negative waffle drops in.

My advice if you are worried about results being delayed speak to the normal routes into the company and they will give you an answer, which I was happy with.

The arbitration from my side never had any risk of delaying results and I am happy it won’t.

As always if people are worried about it check the right sources instead of AI, google, or my mate in a pub 😂

Wayne, the question is what’s your average as typically if people are happy they are in profit and they are under they are not, it’s just the way it works.

It’s why I have to work out a company valuation on spreadsheets with editable variables so I can change this and see what I think the future holds hence I just look at fundamentals and try (I fail sometimes) not to be emotional.

However back to point 1, I am still in profit (just) with a decent sized holding so of course I will generally be happier than some who invested between 2.5-3.6p with no calcs on what they think GST is worth.

I still maintain that Angra, could dwarf the other pillars of that goes to plan and keeps growing. Forex market is so significant it’s almost hard to write in numerical values lol.

The way to look at GST is that any one pillar could be a listed company in its own right and if anyone pillar made it big the market cap would be huge so As share holders we have multiple opportunities to be successful, but as we know they are using all the pillars to work together so if they all make it and all work together the market cap (from theses levels) is almost hard to comprehend

I think the Julian comment of win - win was on the back of the fact that BAKE/CAKE was losing money on the day he brought his partner out given the damage the winding up order caused (was legally thrown out but damage done)

He then had a 90 day plan, which he saw as key and from what I understand he had the platform back at the stage where it was washing its own face financially at the point the sale to GST was discussed.

So as Lloyd eluded to, he got what he thought was fair value and GST got a platform that had very impressive figures back on an even keel ready for its next steps.

At the time I tried to find out how much Julian paid his previous partner assumption was the amount GST paid would have been a decent amount and that give Julian effectively paid that for a lose making company and GST where now buying it as a stable company. I could not find any figure anywhere, which I am sure is no doubt it due to being under an NDA.
