Dickie
I dont think anyone is 100% how it will all play out matey, Were hoping its ends well,
Good signs are the new board members, Not Just Spencer but David WIlkins who was senior vice president at Hillcorp Energy, who operate close to Panr and are knows for buying under seveloped fields, They are a big player in the USA,
Maybe theres a link there !
The fact there are multiple parties in the Data room is another plus,
Also if panr were to be bought out (as you think it may be) the offer price would be based on asset value which could/should be very large based on current data, so again minimum 20s imo, and that would be a low offer, could easily be 40s 50s (pence per share)
The down side is that the SP is likely to drift more untill any farmout deal is made, But try not to worry about that because if the sp was 5p or 9p it will still rerate to atleast 20p ( rapidly) once a deal is made, as long as its a decent deal, even if its not the best deal the sp will still rise up to mid teens,
what i class as a good deal would be a medium size player coming aboard, if a supermajor player came in as a partner then it would be hold onto your hats !
Hillcorp is a major player in the USA and Alaska but not a supermajor and would be great for Panr ! My money is on Hillcorp hopefully !
