Update on clarification regarding the coupon payment for the 5.375% Eurobond 2023



22 March 2022 - further to the announcement made on 21 March 2022, EVRAZ plc (the "Issuer", the "Company") wishes to communicate that the Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (the "Principal Paying Agent"), informed the Issuer that the amount for a regular coupon payment due on 21 March 2022 under outstanding principal amount of US$704,099,000.00 Notes due 2023 is now settled with the relevant account of the Principal Paying Agent.

The Company is fully committed to fulfil its payment obligations due on 4 April 2022 under its $700,000,000.00 Notes due 2024.

Dont be silly, Nothing i said is based on Fox news, All i have said is based on the fact i am ex forces, But thats my last word on the war now.

What im saying in a nutshell is

A/ Ukrain can not win this war,

B/ The west keep on supplying weapons to Ukraine is enabling Ukraine to offer stronger resistance BUT also resulting in the deaths of many more people, I see no point when the end result is a forgone conclusion,

C/ Yes Putin has been given opportunity to engage in talks BUT in my view he wont do this untill he has Kiev under his control, When this happens he has much more the upper hand in any talks that happen.

D/ Would be much better for everyone if someone put a bullet in Putins head but thats not going to happen realistically.

E/ Try watching Fox news for an unbiased report on how the war is going and not Sky or the bbc.

F/ Im not going to talk about the war now as were here to chat about Evraz are we not !

Putin needs to be given a "Face saving" way out of the war or he will just carry on and on.

You say what will happen when Ukrain Capitulates, My point is they have no chance what so ever of winning this war unless the west were to actively get involved, Therefore what will happen "will happen anyway" whether is happens now of after many more lives are lost,

Chucking weapons at Ukraine wont enable them to win, Once Putin has Kiev surrounded then he will have the upper hand in any peace talks, that's what his aim is, its just a matter of time before this happens,
In the meantime supplying weapons is making it harder for Russia, of course it is, But they will still win in the end,

Better sooner than later to save more lives from being lost. its not a 50/50 the West is prolonging this war,

The certainty is that Russia cannot lose therefore supplying weapons to Ukraine is prolonging the inevitable.

You cannot compare these two situations whatsoever, also the Russians would have won this by now if the west were not supplying weapons to them,
All thats doing is prolonging peace talks, Its not helping ukraine win because they cant win, it just means many more lives will be lost on a lost cause !

Your very negative, If that's your way of coping then fine, But stop trying to make other people feel downbeat too, You know no more than anyone else what's going to happen,
All i know is Evraz is a huge money making machine which is not going to go to the wall because the LSE delists it.

If we do get chucked off the LSE theres still the hope we move to Hong Kong or the USA ! Despite the terrible things that are going on in the Ukraine MONEY is ultimatly what drives the world and wars,
Evraz is not a lowly company with nothing to offer investers, I personally think the NYSE would welcome it with open arms ONCE this war is over.
Also it seems the LSE is resisting pressure to delist Evraz and other Russian companys (at the moment) lets hope that the war is over soon,
supplying Ukraine with more weapons is only prolonging the war and the inevitable ending (Russian victory) and also with so many people calling for Putin to be tried for crimes, Well thats just going to make Putin think "sod it i may as well go for broke"
Keep suggestions like that until after the war is over !
