Anything over that SP, Buybacks should be halted, ready for when it dips back down below to start up again.

If the allocated Buyback Pot has not been used, a Special Divi back to Shareholders at the end of the Term.

That’s how you create Share Holder value.

BP's current Yield is ok, not Fantastic, just ok, IMO..

Which Suggests the Yield at an SP of £4.50 - £5.00 is on the weak side for a business like BP.

The business can't justify slashing Divi's when it's just $punk€d ££££££££ on Buy Backs.

There were a few Advocates of Buy Backs when we discussed this a few months ago, but what have they actually done ? FECK ALL !!!!

Real Business Acumen would have considered limitations on Buy Back volumes above a certain SP and a ramping up of the Buy Back's under that threshold, creating a bigger dent in the Share in issue and more value for money for the LTH's.

I know some want BP as a pure OIL play, but diversity into Green / Renewables ( At the right Price & Value ) is key for the future IMHO

Whether you're waiting for £3.30 - £3.50 or taking your slice now, long term BP is a buy from me.

No point stating the obvious as it seems the Budget has been chewed up on here already..

Just a few things I’m slightly surprised about.

Surprised Labour did not introduce a Tax on Share Buy Backs. This would have been considerably wiser than NI on Businesses.

Surprised Labour did not introduce a Social Media Tax, as these Mainly USA businesses are getting too big for their boots and dictating the narrative on countries Politics, IMO.

Surprised Labour did not introduce an On-Line Tax. High Streets are struggling, and footfall spending money would surely create some growth.

Surprised Labour did not mention any budget or costs for smashing the gangs. Surely this is an important part of our Economy, no ?

Surprised Labour did not introduce a Luxury car tax. Some of these criminals that were recently released from prison were picked up in some quite expensive cars, so surely those criminals can start paying their bit?

Surprised Labour would be foolish enough to increase borrowing instead, with debt to record levels

Surprised Labour did not mention anything regarding Banks. I believe this could well be the next Target in April when their spend spend spend methodology hasn’t worked out like they hoped.

Surprised Labour think they are protecting the Working person, as ultimately the working person ( If 2TK can actually define that yet ? ) is going to feel the result of this Budget

It's not as bad as it could have been, for sure. Labour could have went further, but I think they've kept some back for the next phase's if and when needed.

Why on Earth did the Buy Back Mechanism not factor in some common Sense and Limit Buy Backs at a set price... Surely this is Smart Business, rather than paying considerably inflated prices.

STP absolutely loves Diversity, but I can tell you for a fact and by my own eyes, it’s ruined our country and created a cesspit.

I’m visiting my daughter, just outside Heathrow, it’s an absolute mess around here now.

I picked up my granddaughter from school Friday, I saw 4 people that look like me (4 people out of maybe 200) . I went for a walk in the sun today, the streets are a state with clothes, toys, foot and food packaging, sick and general rubbish on every path I walked on, and the shops run by people that I do not believe pay any taxes.

Now wonder why all the Councils are bankrupt, because there are very few law abiding and local citizens left that pay their taxes through honest work. All the while, the massive majority are claiming money from the Councils on benefits of 1 form or another.

There are too many fast food shops or Barbers where you’ll get 4 or 5 words of English, too many electric bikes delivery food to people that were given the money for it, delivered by people on electric bikes that do not look like me or speak my language.

The state of this area is appalling and shocking. And I can also tell you, IT ABSOLUTELY STINKS!!! An assault on the nose and the senses.

It’s impossible to create a less appealing working environment in the UK, because Politicians, society and benefits are in their favour. Compared with where they came from, the mess and stench of this place is still paradise to what they’ve come from..

You may roll your eyes, but I can tell you from my own eyes, we’ve imported the 3rd world and now we look & smell like the 3rd world as well.

There are a few Pie's on Trading 212 (Other Trading Platforms are available), where you'll have Monthly Divi payouts. If you had enough in them, it's a good monthly income, or if your young enough, re-invest the Divi's back for that compound growth..
