It's playing into the Left hands and I also believe it's morally wrong burning buildings, cars or abusing Police officers doing their jobs.. What I believe should happen is 1 of 2 things..

** Peaceful Protests on a scale never seen before

** Alternatively, withholding Labour, IE, Labour Strikes like the Train Drivers and Doctors love so much.

Buybacks can not be included in Yields on a holding.. Another Tool ( LTI ) occasionally does that as well.. During Buybacks, we've been tanking, where's the value yield % gained in that ?

They will only issue more shares ( admittedly not as many as bought ), but Buybacks IMO can not be classed as yield gained. A Special Divi, now THAT'S Share Holder Value right there !!!!

Now some places are nearer £15.. Chips are now expensive and take out is classed as a Luxury and only for the Middle classes by McDonalds in some regions.

The question(s) I have,

** Is it company specific, ie Board disruptions and direction of company.

** Is it UK Economy confidence shattered, Windfall Taxes or just confidence in Labour & Businesses

** Is it sentiment on Oil and Global risks.

I suppose in the meantime were shaving down our share count, as if a bid did arrive, ( very unlikely imo ), we'd all get a slightly higher deal, having a bigger slice of the cake.

US Banking sector and job market looking very shaky, Chinese Housing sector looking very shaky, and Global Hostilities galore..

There's enough risk out there for sure to impact any share it seems

Those with large Cash to invest, are not looking to do so in the UK.

UK Markets are looking weak IMO, not attractive enough and has not been for years now. Undervalued and taken over by the US, or just decision to IPO over there as valuations are better.

The Black Donkey had it's day at 60p, although I won't sell my remaining holding here, just so I have skin in the game still
