It’s clear as day, that the best way to increase your tax take as a government, is not increasing the thresholds, it’s increasing wages.

Tax take is far too high and has a total negative effect on the Economy when inflating wages to support her budget spending..

What I’m still baffled by, is the ridiculously low level of the Pension contributions for Salary Sacrifice that RR has set. I mean, £2k…

Surely, they should be encouraging Pensions savings to remove the burden on the State. If that’s kept in place, I will be reducing my Pension contributions to the 2k Limit, rather than lumping 20% of my Salary in atm

I myself had big plans to Extend & redesign my house to Passive House standards, just after Lockdown..

Although I ditched it quite quickly as realized that everything had Doubled in Price, materials and for labour. Yes it’s a little more specialist that a typical extension, but the costs for the project were unmanageable

With far fewer people in the country, house prices and rents will naturally come down, that’s the real way for the cost of living for the working people to be managed.. House price inflation / increases over the past 20 odd years, are a burden to our economy and our people.

No wonder OAP’s are having issue’s with Mansion Taxes, bought an average home 20 – 40 years ago, now property Millionaires.

I’ve heard her on the LBC chat with Iain Dale now a couple of times as well.

As I say, I went from “never again”, to, “ok, I’m slightly warming to what she is about“.. That doe’s not suggest I’m a die hard fan, but it doe’s suggest Reform are not the only answer for me.

I voted Reform last year out of protest, but in 3 odd years time, it’s a more serious vote and I do not trust Farage all that much. In addition to the Russia connection to Reform, my nerves of a Farage government are increasing.

Something seriously needs to be done about both, include Energy prices in there and you have a key Trio of problems this country is facing.

Farage said he’d remove 120’000 people every year from the Country.. That needs to be 1.2 Million people every year, for 5 years.. IMO

Then most inactive people "Nicely" forced to get a damn job and contribute to society.
