Hold tight, we are half way through 2025, half way through next year should have a fully built mine in La India being ramped up, we know that will give us a shareprice 3 times plus today’s, so sit tight and enjoy the next 12 months, it’s to be the best year ever for MTL by a huge margin. IMHO

We are definitely a producer, $10 million a quarter FCF is definitely producing, and the tap does not turn off before La India is running, we will not suddenly become 30p on the day La India starts producing, we will increase in price bit by bit each quarter as the build progresses, Darren mentioned 50 to 60% completed by end of 2025, I see us breaking 10p at Q2 results, and that’s been a long overdue affair.

I think some are hoping for a cheaper entry? But the longer you leave it the more you will have to pay, it’s just how it is.

Since 1971 gold has risen an average of over 8% per year to date, its has its ups and downs but the trend is always higher by over 8%, that’s not politics, they are short term influences, that’s 8% increase created by consistent money printing, simple, and it’s about to go into turbo mode.

Major, the biggest issue for the USA is its debt has to rolled over at much higher rates than currently suffering, its treasuries are unwanted by foreign investors, so they have to buy their own debt, through fresh printed money, it’s a cycle that cannot be stopped, the market knows it and the dollar is collapsing along with all FIAT currencies, that is why gold rises, you put far too much belief in political effects, it’s debt based, and the world is in a huge level of debt, created by the gold anchor being removed in 1971, gold is going to rise and rise, because the dollar is going to continue to devalue.

MTL will see it as a cherry on a fantastic cake, nice but not important, golds already much higher than we require to be successful, but no one can argue it helps us grow even faster, and creates new interest in gold stocks.

I get it Slippery, once burnt you never forget, CNR becoming part of MTL will realise CNRs holders dreams, just under a different name, it’s natural to breath a little relief once back in profit, and many bail in profit feeling they escaped a bullet, all I’m trying to relay is this recent adjustment in shareprice is part of a long overdue adjustment, and when I say it’s the start, it really is, Runruno is over 80% mined and it’s achieved exactly what we required from it, paying off debts and adding serious cash into the bank to start phase 2, it’s just starting and it’s time to realise much bigger profits with little to no headwinds, something MTL hasn’t had until 12 months ago, headwinds we blew through time and time again, this time we are running, and unless we have a third World War I think we are not going to be stopped achieving Darren dreams, a multi billion market cap company.

That’s many multiples of today’s value, so let’s enjoy the next year or two, big changes afoot.

This is just the start of huge change for MTL, we are already building a mine that’s twice the size of Runruno, that will make twice the revenues of Runruno, with no debt and a minimum 12 years production, gold at record highs, a company run by highly proven and now very experienced management, major shareholders buying like crazy, Directors buying and the shareprice currently at 1 years projected earnings from La India, that’s not even mentioning future incomes from Abra or Dupax or any other aquisition ahead of us, or the mine life extension we expect from expanded resources at La India.

Wondering if we can hold 8p is madness, when a future that’s so bright that multi billion dollar market caps are actually sensible possibilities.

DO NOT LET GO, we are just at the start line of a very long and prosperous journey for new and old investors here. iMHO

Major, it’s not being greedy, it’s just how I see golds movement, and why it’s happening, the last 55 years of a money system without an anchor is the cause, the reaction has been dumbed down for decades, but it can’t be hidden any longer, and gold will be the product to own if you want to preserve wealth, the man in the street is last to know, so tell them, I do all the time, and many have listened, buying metals and physical metals.

Me too, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Drachs continued buying tells us all we need to know, her huge position of 454 million shares has all been acquired in the last 12 months.

As for gold, I don’t doubt $4000 gold will be hit in the next 12 months, and the reasons become ever more compelling, Treasury rates continue to rise, over 5% now for some terms, and that’s disastrous for America, Japan borrowing rates are chasing Americas, the money printing will increase in volume and gold will react appropriately, as in more paper notes will be required to buy that same ounce of gold.

Rob Marshall purchased 307,314 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.0766 per Ordinary Share and his PCA purchased 520,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.0765 per Ordinary Share. Following the dealing, Rob Marshall and his PCA have an aggregate interest in 8,648,242 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's current total voting rights.

That’s a nice size holding £675k worth at today’s price, always nice to see Directors putting more into the game, as they know better than us where we are heading, but then, I think the penny has dropped recently for many here too, upwards and onwards, the Phase 2 of MTLs journey has just begun.

Doesn’t effect me, but I think the second CVR is a certainty if the gold is there, Darren holds his promises, and as he’s taken a look at the grounds, he’s confident the gold is there, Condor knew it too, they simply couldn’t afford the extra cost required to prove it up, MTL is already on the case.

I do my bit to get those to understand holding is the best option, all those who thought 2p 3p 4p 5p 6p 7p is the right time to take profits keep getting it wrong, it’s a strong buy, it’s all coming to fruition and the $1 billion market cap is coming in 2027, who knows when the $2 billion market cap arrives, one step at a time, a running La India is that first step and a $1 billion market cap, dividends being paid and Dupax gold brought to surface will bring us the $2 billion market cap. iMHO

OUTLOOK

Annual production guidance for FY2025 for the Runruno mine has been set at 70,000 - 75,000 ounces at an AISC of between US$1,225 - US$1,325 per ounce. FY2025 operations are expected to maintain the general operational results produced during FY2024, such that free cash flow is maintained from a stable consistent level of mining and gold production.

The Group intends to actively pursue development of the La India project in Nicaragua with the aim to commence commercial production there by the end of FY2026.

Exploration activities will be conducted in both the Philippines and Nicaragua with the objective of defining new resources.

Finally, the Group will continue to pursue acquisition of additional exploration and development opportunities, particularly in the Philippines.

The past 2 years have been outstanding, with the last 2 years being achieved at much lower gold pricing, it’s not hard to see where we are going with gold at current levels.

I’m so pleased to be part of MTL and it’s been a journey of ups and downs, but the company is now sat on concrete foundations, the future is unbelievably bright for all of us, new and old investors, let’s enjoy the ride, it’s just the start of a much bigger future.

S&P 500 and the Nasdaq are not much better than the DOW Jones performance, both miles behind golds 1360%

It’s not because gold has performed brilliantly, it’s just held true monetary value, and your kidding yourself investing in those stocks has made you money, i”they didn’t, neither did housing, gold did its job and preserved your wealth, because it’s real money, the central banks know it too.

Gold was £173 an ounce in Jan 2000 and today it is £2529, that’s a gain of 1360%

FTSE 100 was 7000 in Jan 2000 and today it is 8500, that’s a gain of 22%, even adding dividends averaging 4% a year it’s a joke result.

Dow Jones was 11500 in Jan 2000 and today it is 41100 that’s a gain of 257%, even adding dividends averaging 4.9% a year it not even close to golds 1360%
