I reckon we will have a TR1 tomorrow showing Jim Mellon is sold out and Drachs has taken the shares, or possibly Candy and Drachs have shared them.

The biggest holdings are now in the hands of 2 large shareholder instead of 3, a similar situation before as in Edwards and Candy where the 2 major shareholders, now it’s Candy and Drachs.

This is not a takeover tactic, it’s simply Jim Mellon taking his profits and moving on, with Drachs happily taking a bigger share of MTL, something she has been doing for the last 12 months.

As usual, I see this as a super bullish sign for MTL, we know she has a position at the table and keeps buying at ever higher prices.

I won’t be selling any shares, as the Dividend stream is my goal, and that will have us at a 30p shareprice minimum when we’re paying a few pence a year, this slow grind higher is just part of the journey, I know La India is just a year away from initial processing and that excitement will have us at 20p, hold em tight my old friend, Darren will deliver and has all the right reasons to over deliver now he has his much better balance of our company.

I have a feeling Drachs is mopping up some more shares, we keep giving her them cheap, think we may see an RNS on that size purchase.

I wouldn’t recommend ETFs, they are not the same as holding the gold or silver in your own hands, it’s having the physical U.K. minted coins that gives you the ultimate savings mechanism, it’s portable wealth, its capital gains tax exempt, it doesn’t need power or the internet to retain value, it’s easy to pass onto loved ones, etc.

Holding MTL is definitely a leveraged bet on Gold, but it’s not as safe as holding physical gold, that’s a store of wealth, and as such I spread my wealth between both, one as a long term wealth preservation tool and the MTL stock as a wealth grower.

I’m 100% into physical gold, silver and MTL, because it’s very obvious where all 3 are heading, despite what a few think, the spend with out consequences regime is finally coming home to roost, its always had consequences, they have just taken time to show up for what they are, unsustainable and the reserve currency US dollar is screwed.

The best place to be is holding precious metals and miners, get out of bonds and bank savings, your wealth is diminishing in both, Gold and Silver preserve your wealth over the long run. IMHO.

You forget to mention gold was $40 in 1970, so even at a low point in 1999 it had more than 6 folded @ $252

35 years later it’s 20 fold at $36 trillion.

It’s gaining $1 trillion per year in interest plus deficit spending.

The debts are out of control and the world senses it, lending the US money is not the top investment anymore, central banks want gold, this trend will continue as the debts of the US balloon higher, it’s just maths, it’s not conspiracy, demand for gold increases and so does the price, a trend that I can’t see changing as I can’t see debts reducing any time soon if ever.

Major, in the case of Silver in dollars it’s a new 14 year high, and as for gold going over $3400 that’s an interesting fact as it’s only been that high a few days in the history of gold pricing, but hey ho, you dislike the fact it’s holding up because you believe it’s a bubble, but you couldn’t be more wrong, and time will prove that.

In the mean time every $100 dollars extra for the gold pricing is worth $8 million dollars a year in the pocket of MTL, that’s news even you should be happy about.

Precious metals flying today, Gold touched $3400 and silver $35.80, breakout territory for silver.

When a billionaire is buying those shares and has a seat at the MTL table, you won’t get any better indication where we are heading, those selling are selling short, it’s that simple, but hey if you have to, that’s different, but I don’t think many are in that boat, they sell because they want to capitalise gains, but patience is on our side here, as all the right ingredients are in the mix and waiting for the bake is all that’s required.

The shift continues with those letting go for a quick profit into the hands Mrs Evans, she is buying at 8.6p and 8.7p (another 11 million only days ago) and private investors give them up so easily to her, each round of buying costs her a little more, but she’s having them all, and why not? They are so cheap, she knows it, why don’t we? Patience will reward here in a huge way. iMHO

it’s this simple, in the last year alone, drachs has purchased around £30 million worth of mtl stock, and not sold 1 share, and she is now by far the second biggest shareholder in mtl, mrs evans owns more shares than both mellon and darren bowden put together, yet some little traders posts a reason for selling and their justification, it’s just ludicrous to take any signals from a few thousand pound trades of someone in the dark, when a lady who has a seat at the table with our highly skilled ceo have 2/3 billion shares and are increasing their holdings as we speak.

follow the ones in the know, stay the co****, let mtl develope and watch the shareprice grow with it, we are just getting going, pennies now can become pounds in time, not by chance, but by experience, skills and record high gold pricing. imho

Drachs buying (not Dupax) doh!

MTL are set to be a huge company and I think Pedro has completely underestimated where we are heading, the incomes from La India and Runruno infrastructure repurposed to use Dupax ore, or repurposed to use another ore supply will take us to another level, Dupax buying in the mid 8p mark is just another hint to what Mrs Evans expectations are, I think she will keep buying and it’s consolidating our share price, as each loose hand lets go, far too early IMHO.

Drachs keeps increasing her holding, it was clear we had a large buyer in action, Darren has exercised his incentive scheme and is now the 4th largest shareholder.

It’s thanks to Darren we are so strong and it’s fair to see him hold a proper share of the company.

It would explain the big buys today, it’s more likely buying from someone with big pockets and a ringside seat, Drachs or Directors at it again? Dupax permits would be a lovely RNS, and certainly a shareprice mover.

From the latest annual results information:

The Dupax project is 20km trucking distance from the Runruno mine and has the potential to extend ore processing operations at Runruno after ore feed from the Runruno FTAA (Financial and Technical Assistance Agreement) tenement is exhausted. The potential ore feed from Dupax could utilise the existing Runruno process plant infrastructure and be re-purposed to accommodate a different type of ore feed.

The Dupax tenement covers approximately 3,100 hectares. The project area hosts a VMS target, at surface, with historical rock sample grades of up to 15.47 grammes per tonne (g/t) gold, and 7% Cu. Following initial mapping and geochemistry surveys, drill targets have been outlined. It is expected that the tenement will soon be issued, with drilling commencing in Q3 2025.

This info was recently released and Q3 is just around the corner, I wonder if that licence has been obtained? That’s an RNS we can really get excited about, the potential is absolutely game changing if those grades are in quantity.

Dupax is if we are lucky, is going to make La India look small, Darren mentioned high grades and the only question was is there volume? I think he’s confident there is, he’s just not going to say it till it’s proven, but he thinks Runruno could generate 3 times the gold it currently generates if the volume is there with the grades found already, 200k ounces? Imagine.

I have a feeling insiders know a little more the man we are being told at the moment, Darren doesn’t say much unless he’s pretty confident, and he’s already said something on both La India expansion and Dupax, so it’s more likely than not.
