Hi StellBob, depends on how old you think you are not what your actual age you are, i am good for another 25 years and i am only 75 years old, also depends on how many shares you hold as many LTH have so many they can slowly draw down when needed and of course the higher the SP is not so many shares to sell each year so mate GGP has a long way to go and i expect a divi within 2 years from production share to GGP. Ever optimistic, Ciao DM
Hi BT,
1LEO's posts of 17.21 and 17.13 need to be put in context with regard to the latest protos newsletter, that NutHazard provided a link for, in his 16.41 post.
In brief, the piling has been for the Covanta plot (plot 13, as you rightly say) and the phase 2 infrastructure roads (not our access road to Plot 10B).
Plot 10B, is pretty much as per my last video of 27th June, with a temporary access road laid to hardcore.
Its actually the 6th July for the next Planning meeting, but unfortunately we are not on the agenda for that date.
HeyHo..................

Quiet on here today, so just a quick update video on Plot 10B.
Temporary access road now laid to hardcore, from S.E. corner, adjacent to Plot 13, from the old Marsh Lane bridleway to the S.W. corner of Plot 10B, exiting onto the Phase 1 Protos road, ready to join across to Plot 10A, when Planning permission is granted.

Temporary barriers now in place segregating Plot 10b and Plot 13, from the SW corner of Plot 10B ( where access will be to Plot 10A, for material storage and car parking) to where the old Marsh Lane bridle way heads off towards Frodsham.
Excavator on site and has been scraping, what looks to be preparations for a temporary roadway. All being done, I assume, as we wait for the formal planning approval for the temporary access and use of Plot 10A.
Also excavations carried out for what looks to be ground drainage piping.
Slowly but surely moving towards a full scale operating DMG.
Pleasant evening for a stroll down to Plot10b....and a little bit more progress.
Looks like work to make the temporary access road has begun.
Approx 25 ft of hedgerow has been removed, adjacent to the Phase 1 road, right in the south west corner of plot 10b, and temporary barriers are being erected along the southern boundary of the plot.
The gap in the hedge is where the blue arrow is, next to "entrance" on the "Site Plan" from the attached link.

This will give access to Plot 10A, across the Phase 1 road, which is to be used for temporary material storage and parking.
June planning meeting cancelled so could be July for the OK from the Council.
Occy:
Yet again I missed it.
Reminds me of the Penguin chocolate bar advert (I think), where the pandas come out dancing when the photographer turns his back and takes a break.
Piltick:
Re: commissioning date, not quite as I recall it. I think DR stated the info didn't come from him when he was inundated with emails about it, but I don't think he offered an alternative date, unless I missed something.
Tatty:
The area is called Goldfinch Meadow and Snipe Haven, so no mention of Blue Tits, but it was a bit fresh out there.
Nut Hazard:
A tad annoying that, I know, but I got a reprimand for some reason, from Youtube after the first couple of vids, saying they need to be age restricted or they would be pulled. God knows why ??
May try the next one without the age restriction to see what happens..................... I'll probably get barred or something.
Wild and windy on Protos this afternoon, but we have the appearance of blue tipped wooden posts around the perimeter of Plot 10b and also pairs of said posts across the division between Plot 10b and Plot 13, which could suggest the possible line for a road, but they are not in a position for a planned road that I am aware of.
The "plot" thickens.................

I think the last paragraph of your 9.03 post has been the issue for the last 4 months. i.e. agreeing what % of revenue or adjustment to the licence fee is acceptable.
i would imagine Peel NRE have all the test data and can extrapolate that into a commercial unit operation, but IMO, they may want to see real data after the unit has been running a while before they commit to a binding share of revenue.
Hence, the interim way to move forward is for PHE to provide a loan to the SPV to allow things to move forward and the existing agreement re: licence fee remains as is, with no share of revenue.
If the loan is repaid that may well be alongside an agreement regarding the share of revenue, along with any other funding partners, when the FOAK has proved its mettle (or plastic - bad pun).
Hi Stumbler:
Wish I could report some encouraging news of the Staggering Steps of Progress, however, ..........alas.......
Bluetoff and I walked the Plastic Park on Friday, last, and talked all things PHE, but it is all pretty much as before, as far as Plot10b is concerned.
There are 67 portacabins on Plot9B all serviced up with some sign of life and a dozen or so Sisk portacabins on Plot 11, with a little activity, with more vehicles on the various car park compounds.
These of course could be related to the major work, piling etc. going on, on Plot 8, Covanta.
Stayed tuned pop pickers, just to quote Alan Freeman.
Slowly we inch forward towards the possible reality of a FOAK DMG unit at Protos. Helsby Hill is growing at a faster rate!
We're not really seeing the following from the RNS of Jan 14th:
"The Directors have undertaken the Fundraising to provide funds that they believe will expedite signifcantly financial close of the funding of the first commercial scale DMG installation utilising the Company’s technology, which is targetted to be reached during the first quarter of 2021."
DR was saying in his interview, I think, towards the end of March " we are ready to go".
We may be ready to go , but apparently Peel NRE do not appear to be of the same mind.
If this loan facility unblocks the constipated process then all well and good, but PHE are the first to provide funding to the SPV, where are Peel and their partners and the funding for the FOAK.
One issue thats been puzzling me since the Jan 14th cash raise, is if PHE are funding the procurement of the long lead time items, what was to be the effect on the financial agreement re: annual fee and % share of revenue, to which I only received a vague (non)answer from DR.
If this has been a matter for lengthy deliberation between PHE and Peel NRE, is the loan facility the way out of the deadlock (Peel then still retain 100% of revenue and PHE stick with the annual fee) therefore allowing subsequent speedy progress on other fronts.
As long as it gets things moving!
