No problem:
In case you have not seen them, I have posted videos here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr6GsZVx-rLh_MwORpVi1Tg
The last one was at 31st Jan, but when there is noticeable change, I will update.
CastlePaul:
i note your reply of 21.39 last night.
The construction of the DMG plant at Protos by PHE and Peel is to my mind, the most significant milestone in PHE's history and could be the first step in finding a final solution to the global plastic pandemic.
To this end, I think we owe it to the company to keep any public comment, regarding progress of construction, timelines etc. as real as possible and not be based on expectations. Unreal expectations will only, IMO, serve to disappoint and frustrate both existing and potential shareholders, when reality doesn't meet the expected.
I am fortunate enough, in this instance, to live only 10-15 mins walk from Plot 10b and could monitor progress on site ,daily, if I had the will power, so the need for a shed is unnecessary.
However, I understand there are thousands of share holders and probably hundreds who have access to this bb, who don't have the same luxury, so I do periodically post my observations, particularly until PHE install a time-lapse camera on site, which I understand to be the company's intention.
Quick update:
Yesterday the earth moving activity on plot 13 has slowed somewhat but there appears to be increased activity (workmen, dumper trucks etc.) on the compound to the east of Plot 10b, which I suspect will enable the construction of the access road, in that area, to commence.
Castlepaul:
Regarding your statement "I expect the steels are up with a roof on by now ."
I've been pretty polite on a couple of occasions now responding to your mis-leading statements, regarding the progress of construction at Plot10b at the Protos site and can say that there is no roof, no steels, no foundations.
What we do have is a cleared and levelled site awaiting construction of an access road (I assume) ,which would enable the above stages to take place.
I can only conclude that you are stating complete rubbish about the progress of construction, either from ignorance of my previous responses or your intention to mis-lead others.
Interesting and in some cases, ambitious discussion, IMO, about how many DMG units will be up and running and when.
The main issue in this equation, I feel, (which Telephoneman indirectly referred to) is the number of multi-unit sites that are included in the roll out.
With Planning Consent and build time being the critical lead time factors in the whole process, single unit sites would dramatically drag out the time to achieve, say 100 operational units, whilst multi-unit sites would certainly condense the time to achieve the same.
V-I-I:
The additional unknown with going down the "PHE raises its own construction capital" route, is that we don't know how that changes the licence fee revenue model, because the £500K per unit p.a. was based on the partner raising the capital.
If PHE raises its own capital, what additional slice of the revenue pie do PHE receive?
Just been catching up on the BB and saw the vigorous debate from last night.
Personally, I have no issues with V-I-I's posts or the concerns that he sometimes raises, it helps me to re-assess my own SWOT analysis and hopefully keeps my viewpoint clear and not blinded by all the potential positives.
If it comes to a point where issues are unnecessarily laboured and repeated despite adequate responses then the question of true agenda comes to the fore but I don't see this in V-I-I's case.
Not everything about any company is positive and negatives can always be found and there is no harm in these issues being discussed, IMO.
As for filtering - there is the adage from the the Godfather "keep your friends close and your enemies closer still"
Zodiac:
This issue seems to be grinding your gears a little, the following may help.
Stated bid and ask are the extremes for trading without going to NT (Negotiated Trade), with a calculated mid-point which can be the stated "share price", and also defines the colour of the trade - above mid = blue, below mid = red, on mid = black.
Actual buys and sells go through within the extremes stated (unless NT), and on occasion buys can go through at less than mid-price and are coloured red, looking like sell, and conversely sells can go through higher than mid and are coloured blue.
All done by the tech.
Can this mechanism be used to influence the appearance of what's happening in reality?
I'll leave you to decide.

Gentleman1 :
Your wish is my command.
Bloody cold on Protos this afternoon.
3 vids that hopefully put Plot10b into overall context on Protos, which can then be referenced to various site plans and schematics etc.

Thanks Kenny that helps, as it shows the new Protos layout with the old right of ways in grey.
The site plan below shows the "appendage" like access road to Plot 10B, which yet needs to be constructed. Some of it exists in gravel track form as it constituted part of the old Marsh Lane bridle way.

The following plan shows the location of Plot 10b in relation to the road traffic island on Grinsome Road, which can then be related back to the google map.

DR.A:
Completely agree with regard to the fact that nothing significant can happen until a new access road direct to Plot10b has been constructed.
if you could post a link to the "plan" you are referencing I'll try and describe how that compares to life on the ground.
I have seen several plans/schematics of the layout and some contradict regarding "access" to the site, so a common reference would be good.
Jmc_mcr:
There is no "new" tarmac access road to Plot 10B yet (unless it has been constructed in the last two days).
I'll try and do a video at the week-end of the surrounding area to Plot10b which will hopefully put the site into some kind of physical context.
Castlepaul:
For your personal benefit below is my post from Sunday afternoon:
"Not much to report on from the Protos Site this week - since Plot 10B was cleared and levelled, all the groundwork appears to be concentrated on Plot 13 (adjacent plot), with spoil being trucked in and bulldozed into a considerable mound.
A little surprised that Plot 13 is being worked on as the Enviroo planning application is still under consideration by the powers that be. I suppose the more cynical could suggest it could be a case of getting one step ahead before any restrictive "bird nesting" considerations can be applied."
Please refrain from suggesting that progress on construction at Protos is further ahead than what it is i.e. references to "steels", as it may mislead others.
PHE is a sound company with excellent potential - it does not need unnecessary distorted ramping.

Castlepaul:
Regarding your comment:
"I wonder how the steels are going inn."
Whilst I understand the enthusiasm and wanting progress at Protos to move as quickly as possible can we keep it real and fact based, as we don't want to mislead anyone.
At my last visit to the site (Jan 16th) Plot 10b had been cleared and levelled, with very little further activity. The majority of the ongoing work was on Plot 13 (adjacent to Plot 10b), which I believe will be the Enviroo site (previously ASD).
I've posted a couple of vids on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr6GsZVx-rLh_MwORpVi1Tg
I'll endeavour to get to the site this week-end to have a peruse on progress and will update accordingly.
Broker warrants to Turner Pope for arranging the placing of 9th sept, see bottom of RNS of that date.
Small discrepancy in volume though.
"Broker Warrants
Turner Pope has been issued with 5,395,260 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price, exercisable for a period of three years from Admission."
A bit wild and windy on Protos this afternoon but two updated videos attached.

From what I can tell Plot 10b is pretty much as was with the majority of the work being on Plot 13, which appears to be "build the largest mound of spoil you can".
From memory, I think the planning application for Plot 13 has been made by Enviroo, (PET plastic recycler),which has links with Advanced Sustainable Developments.
