Occy: Aha, so you have heard the reports in our area of a wild beast on the prowl on the marshes - our neighbour reckons one of her relatives has seen it !!!
Could have been a sighting of myself, in the evening twilight, crawling through the undergrowth, camera at the ready.....
On a more serious note:
Was considering the relative status of each company who is involved with Protos, with regard to the their planning permissions ;
Covanta Plot 8 - planning granted
Progressive Energy Plot 4 - planning appears on hold or awaiting more info, owing to concerns re: insufficient supply of feedstock causing excessive downtime of plant.
PHE Plot 10b - planning granted
Enviroo Plot 13 - planning awaiting decision

Now, I understand that we are awaiting financial closure before the major construction work can begin on Plot 10b, but I would assume that Peel are responsible for financing and providing the infra-structure ( roads, services, drainage etc.) to each plot.
This led me to think that, as it appears from the plans (Enviroo and PHE), that we will be sharing a common access road, along the old Marsh Lane bridleway, that we may be waiting for Enviroo to be granted planning consent before work can start on the common access road i.e. it is best use of resources to do it all in one go seeing as we are waiting financial closure anyway for the main construction work.
Enviroo's planning was submitted in September, I think, but is yet to hit the planning committee.
Just a musing as I was walking back from the marshes, someone with road construction experience may have a better understanding of the practicalities involved.

Just uploaded a short video re: the activity on Protos - nothing much for us on Plot 10b, but Plot 8 (Covanta) is seeing a lot of activity with some work on Plot 4 (Progressive Energy). No concrete piling going on, despite a previous post to the contrary and anyway I would have heard it from where I am now sat - I have heard plenty of it before.

It could be that we had a bit of a "false dawn" when Plot 10b was cleared and levelled over the new year, and that triggered the expectation of immediate follow on works with the plant itself. In reality, it could be that the initial groundworks were mitigation against running into another, bird nesting season with trees, shrubs, bushes etc. still intact, which could of caused extended delays.
Similar situation may apply to Plot 13 (Enviroo) where the site is cleared and has had spoil imported, so that no bird nesting sanctions can delay progress. I'm assuming that this work has been carried out under outline planning consent conditions because Enviroo have not yet received detailed planning consent.
As Markrops has already alluded to, the work on our li'l ol' Plot 10b is nestling somewhere in a Project Managers work programme, surrounded by planned work for the overall Protos site, particularly with Peel being our developer, we must have some patience to wait for the construction and financing stars to align before we see some real progress on Plot 10b.

My thinking is that Lombard Odier are not listed on Savs shareholder analysis of 15th Jan 2021, (over 3%), when LO had 5.12% shareholding, unless exempt from listing under DTR 5.1.5. If this is the case then they only need to notify at the 10% and 5% levels, and they notified the drop to 4.95% on the 19th Jan. If so, there would be no need for a notification RNS if they sold down to 0%.
I could be wide of the mark but the consistent 250,000 share sells appear to be drying up.

Just a quick update on the works that are happening on the Protos Site.
Major activity centred around Plot 8 (Covanta) with consistent stream of trucks importing aggregate to the plot, which is being spread and consolidated.
New activity on the fringe of Plot 4 (Progressive Energy) with fences being erected and aggregate laid for what appears to be a storage compound.
Nothing of significance yet around Plot 10b (PHE) except for some security based activity on the compound to the east of the plot, lighting etc.
Sisk (building contractors) now have a dedicated compound, with portacabins installed on the south side of Grinsome traffic island, all suitably signposted from the main road.
No further activity on Plot 13 (Enviroo)
The access road to Plot 10b and Plot 13(Old Marsh Lane bridleway) is still the churned up bridleway that it was before, so any reports of this access road being" well underway" are mis-informed.
The general level of activity around Protos has increased significantly over recent weeks so shouldn't be long before attention turns to Plot 10b.

Looks like there could be a severe case of FOMO setting in, after last weeks jitters.

Previously, there has been a couple of posts re: deployment of DMG units in Romania or Bulgaria and also on a ship, Ocean Retriever, to clear up ocean plastic.
The company behind the above is Tresoil and RP is the CEO.
I've previously queried PHE's links with Tresoil with DR, and the response was along the lines of "nothing based in reality",
but RP does make some strident claims on his linkedin page.

I think that view of the proposed plant was a provisional artists impression (even though it is on PHEs website at the moment), as there is no direct access to the road on the west boundary shown in the site plan that accompanied the planning proposal.

As you can see from the above plan, the main access is shown to be from the east boundary along the old Marsh Lane at the rear of Plot 10b, with only emergency access to the west boundary.

The vehicles that can be seen in the top left of the picture are where there are now portacabins/containers etc. on the other side of the old Marsh Lane and what I refer to as the east compound.
The green area at the top of the picture, within the footpath boundary, is plot 13 where the present activity is taking place using Marsh Lane as the temporary access road.

No problem doing the updates re: Protos
Its intended by the company to install a time-lapse camera on the site, to monitor progress when the real construction commences, I believe.
Recent activity at Protos has been mainly on installing aggregate hardstanding on Plot 4 (Covanta) and levelling and soil importing to Plot 13 (Enviroo), with ongoing work at the new sub-station, on Grinsome Road.
There has been recent work on the compound to the east of Plot 10b, which appeared to be hardstanding and security fence work.
The old Marsh Lane bridleway (on the east boundary of Plot 10b) which I believe will become the common access road to Plots 10b and 13 (Enviroo) is presently being used for the above said, truck access to Plot 13. I would imagine this would need to be completed before work on a formal access road can commence.

Well that was a bit of a wobbly morning - but every cloud etc. if you have kept a little powder dry.
Just wondering what caused the shakes, seemed a little severe if its Mr Greenstreets 1.6m share options dropping into the market or are we to get a RNS re: TPs fee based warrants, around 9m shares, in the very near future ?
On another subject, the videos I have posted on youtube are attracting quite a bit of interest from our German friends, where the interest in PHE is apparently gathering momentum.

Just on the subject of licence fee, I can recall from an exchange I had with DR, quite a while ago, that there is a form of inflation proofing for the licence fee to protect it from inflation over time. To what degree, over what time period and whether just with existing or future partners, I'm not sure.

i note your reply of 21.39 last night.
The construction of the DMG plant at Protos by PHE and Peel is to my mind, the most significant milestone in PHE's history and could be the first step in finding a final solution to the global plastic pandemic.
To this end, I think we owe it to the company to keep any public comment, regarding progress of construction, timelines etc. as real as possible and not be based on expectations. Unreal expectations will only, IMO, serve to disappoint and frustrate both existing and potential shareholders, when reality doesn't meet the expected.
I am fortunate enough, in this instance, to live only 10-15 mins walk from Plot 10b and could monitor progress on site ,daily, if I had the will power, so the need for a shed is unnecessary.
However, I understand there are thousands of share holders and probably hundreds who have access to this bb, who don't have the same luxury, so I do periodically post my observations, particularly until PHE install a time-lapse camera on site, which I understand to be the company's intention.
Quick update:
Yesterday the earth moving activity on plot 13 has slowed somewhat but there appears to be increased activity (workmen, dumper trucks etc.) on the compound to the east of Plot 10b, which I suspect will enable the construction of the access road, in that area, to commence.

I've been pretty polite on a couple of occasions now responding to your mis-leading statements, regarding the progress of construction at Plot10b at the Protos site and can say that there is no roof, no steels, no foundations.
What we do have is a cleared and levelled site awaiting construction of an access road (I assume) ,which would enable the above stages to take place.
I can only conclude that you are stating complete rubbish about the progress of construction, either from ignorance of my previous responses or your intention to mis-lead others.

Interesting and in some cases, ambitious discussion, IMO, about how many DMG units will be up and running and when.
The main issue in this equation, I feel, (which Telephoneman indirectly referred to) is the number of multi-unit sites that are included in the roll out.
With Planning Consent and build time being the critical lead time factors in the whole process, single unit sites would dramatically drag out the time to achieve, say 100 operational units, whilst multi-unit sites would certainly condense the time to achieve the same.

V-I-I:
The additional unknown with going down the "PHE raises its own construction capital" route, is that we don't know how that changes the licence fee revenue model, because the £500K per unit p.a. was based on the partner raising the capital.
If PHE raises its own capital, what additional slice of the revenue pie do PHE receive?

Just been catching up on the BB and saw the vigorous debate from last night.
Personally, I have no issues with V-I-I's posts or the concerns that he sometimes raises, it helps me to re-assess my own SWOT analysis and hopefully keeps my viewpoint clear and not blinded by all the potential positives.
If it comes to a point where issues are unnecessarily laboured and repeated despite adequate responses then the question of true agenda comes to the fore but I don't see this in V-I-I's case.
Not everything about any company is positive and negatives can always be found and there is no harm in these issues being discussed, IMO.
As for filtering - there is the adage from the the Godfather "keep your friends close and your enemies closer still"

Only obvious work is on Plot 13 and the sub-station (as at 7/2/21) - Plot 10b is as it was on Jan 31st.

Also, I think the same definition is used to tot up the total trades and value for sells and buys on LSE, which can make any analysis of these figures a bit of a fools errand.
