Have been watching PRD for some time, and now the shenanigans with the placing shares/seller appear to have abated I have purchased a few shares over the past couple of days.
Obviously, it's not a complete blue horizon with the prevailing circumstances but over a little time and with a fair wind there should be a not insignificant increase in sp.
Nothing much has changed since February, 5p days, regarding company prospects and now well funded for the foreseeable future, just need to be patient.
Got to feel for the longer term holders who have persevered through the sp drop, and new investors appear when a bargain is to be had, I know, it's happened to myself, and is frustrating.
Encouraging recent moves on the poo front so hopefully plenty to look forward to.

Good to see the support that is out there for PHE, we are now on a lot of investors/traders radars. Plastic ducks are being nicely lined up by all involved ( and no doubt, at some point they will be fed into a DMG unit !), and with Peel as a key partner, who have a tendency to make things happen, there is plenty to look forward to here.

With 500 sites and working 350 days per year, @ 35 tonnes per day we may run out of plastic !!!
There's always tyre crumb to fall back on !

If we can get anywhere close to the Plastic Park vision as outlined by Peel, using the DMG facility, this will put the UK on the front foot, in terms of dealing with our plastic problem.
Peel reckon £7.5bn investment, at around ,say, £15m per site would equate to 500 sites across the country.
500 sites dealing with 35 tonnes per day over, say, 300 days per year, equates to 5.25bn tonnes of plastic, processing capacity.
Depending on the structure of the deal with PHE, but using £500K per annum licence fee, would create revenue of £250m per annum.
All a bit "pie in sky" but does provide "food for thought".

Looks like the 3.75M warrant shares have been cleared at 9 ish this morning.

The paths are flooded in parts across the marshes at the moment, so my usual circular route is not possible, but Plot 10b is on the higher ground and is ok.
As posted the other day to Piltick, all quite on Plot 10b but work being undertaken around the sub-station area.

I was down on the site yesterday, and can say no work regarding site clearance or installation of services has begun, but work was being undertaken around the site of the sub-station, which Kenny has referred to.

Appears that the BB is nice and relaxed today and looking forward to a positive result from the Planning Committee this afternoon.
With the recommendation of the Planning Officer all should be ok in principle, looking at the way the vast majority of applications have gone with the Officers recommendation.
This will be a big result for PHE with the go ahead for its first commercial DMG unit, which should be the showcase with regard to how to help deal with the growing quantities of non-recyclable plastic, across the globe.
Hopefully with this first significant hurdle out of the way, we can crack on dealing with the bureaucracy for the next 4 projects, supported by Peel Environmental.

I would think a positive outcome from the Planning Meeting tomorrow, will give us another lift, maybe not to 5.5 though, but with additional news on the further 4 projects, you never know.

A bit of a tin hat day all round today but at least PHE recovered a little. Somewhat unfortunate that PHE could be heading to a red letter day if the Planning Application is successful, (which it should be with the approval recommendation), with a market headwind created by covid and its inherent fears, real or otherwise.
Despite the sp fall over the last few days the technology remains the same along with the support of Peel Environmental, wanting to push along with the 5 DMG projects.

From memory all the Planning meetings start at 4.00pm, and looking at the number of applications submitted, over the past few months, its taking about 20 mins for each application on average. Maybe a little longer with ours owing to the industrial nature.
So, to me, most, if not all of the groundwork/prepwork has been completed, hence the recommendation by the Planning Officer , to keep proceedings swift and sharp

Some frenzied selling in 500K and 300K blocks with a couple of 1m thrown in as well. Rough calcs show about 11m sold in these blocks in total, could well be the warrant holders recouping the cost of the warrants (as Piltick indicated yesterday), so they have a free carry with the residual shares, heading towards the Planning meeting on Tuesday, next week.IMO.
So should be onwards and upwards, if this is the case.
