Been on hols for a couple of weeks and catching up with proceedings.
No planning notices close to the site or in the village, just the ones as pictured on the entrance to Grinsome Road, which is vehicular access to CF fertilisers and the bio-mass plant. Very few pedestrians use that road as can be seen from the planning notice photo as the footpath runs out at this point.
Rumour on the street is to expect an objection to be lodged by the parish council, which is par for the course in these parts, but not clear on what basis - possibly loss of leased land to local farmer, but it's been allowed to grow wild for quite a while now, anyway.
Lets see what develops.

Newboy, I certainly wouldn't describe PHE's present situation as "precarious" i.e. as in " uncertain, and likely to fall or collapse", but I do understand the concern around bridging the financial gap between now and DMG commercial income flow, but for me there is enough in the half-yearly report to appease my concerns.
IMO, this year has been quite a turning point for PHE, after DR took over the reins and is moving into an exciting period for the company, with the reality of the first commercial DMG coming closer to reality.
Major hurdles obviously are Planning approval and financing of the project, but with Peel driving the project forward (as they do tend to get what they require around here), I really don't see any fundamental issue with either.
Costs have been driven down, consultancy and testing work is gathering pace with "short term plan for operations to become cash positive".
Also, Peel are now collaborating to develop ten further sites and we are developing relationships with other organisations across the UK, with international interest continuing to grow.
For me, DR is putting the pieces of the jig-saw together (just wish he would hand over the PR role though), and these are far from precarious times, IMO, - rather interesting and exciting times for a small company with a potential solution to a massive problem.
I may be biased because it's being developed on my back door step !!

Yep, stokey, I saw that too (after your November comment).
The actual date of receipt of Planning application is stated as 18th Sept., which is 20/21 days (depending whether you count inclusive days or not) to Oct 8th.
On a ramble yesterday around the village and proposed site, yesterday, there were no Planning notices on display - so I think Oct 8th meeting is cutting it too fine and it will be November, and suspect we will see the Planning Notices displayed in the next few days.

Stokey, you may be right regarding time period for gathering comments etc. If the rain would let up, it could be time for another ramble down the marshes to see if any public notices have been posted, which I'm sure would stipulate period for comment.

Could be our Planning Application may be presented to the Planning Committee on the 8th October, as that is the date of their next meeting, if it falls within their terms of reference - which I assume it would.

Yep, on a re-read I get your point, a little opaque.
Lets hope, there are no issues with the application and it gets approval, pronto. Some progress on the ground before year end would be encouraging.

A good solid RNS, IMO, showing strong potential pipeline, and moving the focus to the upcoming projects beyond the Protos site. Still vague on the financing of the Protos development, so we must wait and see, but getting the finances sorted and the application approved will be the key trigger points for a significant sp move.

Glorious September day in Ince village today, but there is nothing to report from my rambles across the Protos site as yet.
The feedstock for the bio-mass processor is creating a bit of a waste wood and wood chip mountain across from our proposed location for the DMG, but other than that, nada.
Surely, it can't be long now before we hear about the planning application.

Momentum appears to be gathering at a pace here, and we are beginning to see the results of the hard work that DR and others have been putting in over the past months.
It appears strange that some individuals are proposing that they know better than the combined knowledge and experience of those at PHE and associated companies.
They should be offering their services to the company on a consultancy basis to earn an extra few quid.

A positive update on the Protos Planning application would be a great 2 nd rns pre AGM, with some detail on expected timescales, would be good.

I certainly would be selling at 40p and not buying!

C'mon guys there are more important things to discuss than a traders post, the thread title is even being repeated. Which serves his purpose.
Everyone to there own style of investing/ trading but news from many corners could appear soon.
