Strange pricing this morning, looks like some large buys are going through.
5.44 to buy and 5.25 to sell, at moment.

Another 0.48% of the shares bought in one transaction. Could be Amati adding to their existing holding.

The recent offer by DSS for ACG is based on a share offer of a nominal value of 2.5p, as I understand it he nominal value of Daniel Stewart Securities shares was 0.25p.
Has there been a share capital restructuring to facilitate this? As shareholders, I thought you should have been notified.

Watched this one all day Friday and got a few @250, as (as said before) the drop looks overdone and there should be a significant upturn, but it's not without it's warnings.
Great upturn in sales but could have been more owing to hitting capacity - must remember that the "limited" capacity only effected UK sales (approx 50% of total) and for one month during the period, albeit the key month of the year.
For EBITDA to come in slightly less than last year after, what could be a 40% increase in sales for the year, suggests heavy pressure on margin, but the wording in the RNS plays around with this i.e. "positive margin momentum".
So I am anticipating further compromise on margins, further into the year.
However, despite the margin issue the drop does appear to be overdone, which appears to be driven by a big seller, which I suspect (as others have) to be an II.
The "large" sells appeared to have dried up mid-afternoon, Friday, as did the serious buying pressure, hence a static finish.
There only appears to be 6m shares in free float and if the II who is offloading has finished, then any slight increase in sp, IMO, will soon gather momentum.
So, all in all, not a perfect world for G4M, at the moment, but a very interesting one to watch, both in the short and long term.

I too had great expectations of BOOM, but managed to get out in the 3's, as the KPI reporting was getting very selective - this was just before the failed reverse takeover fiasco. The future does look grim despite the recent stream of director buys, best of luck with that one.

Regarding PSL- so much potential and so little delivered. Is it the tech, leadership, costs, support service that is/are the problem here ? I'm holding a few, but not many.

It may be worth contacting LSE admin, to restore the chat function on MYSQ.
They did this for ATC when they de-listed a couple of years back, and people are still using it to discuss.

Understand what you mean - TE-9 (our banker) failing has caused me to re-assess my expectations, drastically.
JP talked of a penalty shoot out, but to me it's more like the last round in "Pointless", (but in reverse), where Alex Armstrong asks the contenders for their "least likely" and "most likely" pointless answer, with remainder being put in the middle.
We didn't strike lucky with the most likely (TE-9), so we now move down the probability line to TE-10, which we pre-selected, so confidence is waning somewhat, despite some encouraging talk by BM re: proxy association to TE-5 regarding depth of salt cap.
I suppose the big advantage over "Pointless" is that we can re-assess the third choice TE-11, in light of the results to date and further seismic results.
If we do get three dry holes, what we don't want is Richard bloody Osman popping up after TE-11 and telling us where all the gas is located, and saying "well done all those at home who suggested these places"

Any average to break even is possible, if you reduce your shareholding, which I imagine is the case with "share to buy"'s average of £2.
e.g sell up all shares and realise a loss of £10,000.
Buy 5000 shares to reduce exposure to risk.
Average price required to break even = £2. (Plus cost of repurchase per share)

Perhaps SAV are just doing the obvious transfer first, easy route, covering the basics - then select the NOMAD of choice, which, I imagine will take longer.

Not sure what you are referring to - regarding issuing of shares,
Cash flow is dire, bills need to be paid, a NOMAD is required - there is a lot of financial stuff to be sorted, IMO, before any contracts could be considered.
I don't think contracts will come before funding, and as part of this, consolidation is possible.
How the funding materialises and in what form, is part of the conundrum.

I thought PSL could get the contracts with Halcyon 2, but with the drain of the LED business, IMO its now the financial position of the company that's holding back any contract signing.
How the lights are being kept on, I'm not sure. There was a £1.5m lending facility to lean on, but where this lies exactly in terms of company split, is yet to be confirmed.
It could, possibly still come good, but there are some financial deliberations to negotiate before any sign(ing) of contracts, IMO.
Oh forgot, the sp could "voom", but I think that would be a result of a serious consolidation of shares.

About Nov 9th Te-10 camera has electricity supply problem, which coincidentally is around the time TE-9 hits the tagi zone ( and trade volumes double from previous average, and a sell off begins, but that's another issue).
So 3 weeks to get the camera up and running and TE-10 has forgotten paleo and has a new mini-target... curious.

Share Joe Creeds puzzlement re: CC on Thursday...... why come back for more questioning (particularly with today's RNS) unless there is some kind of "reveal" beforehand. Could it be, no, surely not, not the long awaited GSA ?????

France has a dependency on nuclear power for its electricity, with renewables at 18% ish, which may make electrolysis for hydrogen production a "carbon emission" going concern (dependent on where you are re: nuclear being carbon friendly).
With Japan importing just about everything for energy generation (coal,gas,oil), and renewables at 10% ish, and running down nuclear power since Fukushima disaster, electrolysis wouldn't come across as carbon friendly. Whilst gasification of waste plastics may just fit the bill for the likes of Toyota.
