Not sure if I am fully understanding your 11.05 post.
Are you saying that PSL are unable to raise funds at the moment because the sp is below nominal value, and need some good news to raise the sp above nominal, to then undertake a placing ?
My understanding from the RNS of 16th March '18, is that the nominal value was reduced from 1p to 0.01pence, as part of the share capital re-organisation, and a placing was completed, at that date at the price of 0.15p.
Hence my confusion from your post.

Good god - this bb is getting really tiresome to read.
Constant demand for news, replace the CEO, Email the CEO for an update etc.
If any shareholder feels there is a serious disconnect between the stated plans and the actions delivered to date, then surely, the best option, IMO, would be to sell up, suffer any losses and put it down to experience.
Trying to extricate any good news via email, will only result, IMO,in vague and at best, ambiguous responses from the CEO, for obvious market reasons. e.g. "watch the RNS feed"
From a client perspective, any sizeable roll out of systems will require quite a capital outlay, and if the recent enhancements/improvements are significant changes, these will require extensive testing.
So, to me, 3 months is no issue.
In addition, any contract of worth, I would imagine would require the Client to undertake due diligence on PSL to ensure that they are fully capable of delivering the contract to specification and within stated timescales.
I assume, all these things take time and would need to be in place before any contract could be agreed.
I am of the opinion that those shareholders with patience and even a high average sp will be rewarded in due course. If I didn't I would have sold out on the last mini spike.

It strikes me that quite a few posters on here have lost the plot now, and are victims of their own impatience, expecting a mega return within relatively short timescales - and to their own self dictated timescales at that.
Official news will be released through RNS (as James has stated). "Watch the RNS feed" does not imply that news is imminent, it just means when the time is right news will come via that mechanism, not twitter, facebook or any other social media.
James is running a business, not a Punch and Judy show, and he has responsibilities to clients, employees, fellow directors, stakeholders and us the shareholders and will try and grow the business to the benefit of all.
Suggesting that someone threatens to sell their shares if the CEO does not show enthusiasm, beggars belief, IMO, and ranks with the more childish posts I have read on any BB.
The fuss around the AGM is astounding - it is just part of the normal business function, as I think Bermondsey already explained and nothing to do with newsflow.
The only reason the "sp will tank" will be if all the nervous, news demanding, lily livered shareholders sell up, because their impatience driven excessive demands for news have not been met.
In that case, their shares will be scooped up by the less impatient.

The exit door is always open to those who wish to leave the club, but on occasion the doormen will bar entry to those wishing to enter and will demand a pretty expensive entry fee ........................if you get my drift.
Patience will be rewarded IMO.

That rarest of commodities, ..................patience, is required here. It's all forming up nicely, funding has been sorted, the poor financials have been put to bed, the company is fine tuning the products in preparation for roll out.
The impatient, will go and chase rainbows elsewhere, but IMO, there is a pretty significant pot of gold at the end of the PSL rainbow.
PSL are at a key point in the company's development in changing their strategic approach, which potentially could be a massive game changer.
The comments from senior personnel in the last RNS are very encouraging for the future, coupled with responses to posters on this BB.
It only a matter of time, IMO, before a decimal point sp is a thing of the past.

I'm sure most have digested fridays RNS, but the snippets below (and others) in the RNS, show that we have a lot to look forward to,IMO, in the coming weeks.

The bad news has been reported and has now cleared the decks for the good news flow. The sp tumbled due to sells driven from lack of confidence coming from running the Finals too close to the 6 month cut off.
The buys will return steadily,IMO, and there could be a very decent return here, particularly when the good news hits the market.

Technicals all very interesting, well kind of, but whats generated the surge in buys since 9.43.

Kopf: To be honest, to finish level or slightly up on Aim after a stonking 7.00 RNS, is a result in itself. More often than not the finish is a sizeable % down. Shows that we have some resilience in the long term shareholders, and I'm pretty sure the rise will continue after the realisation sets in that there is very little downside, to be had here.

At that rate of lossage, 15K should last about 11 hours. My money is still on a 20th June RNS for Final Results and Trading update, and then we should see some fireworks.

Just a little more patience required here,IMO, before we see the the start of the results of PSLs recent work. More patience than our 4.29m star trader had this morning, losing £1200 in 54 mins. Baffles me that the yearning for instant profits takes control over all common sense and logic, anyway each to their own.

Scoping study has been signposted for a while now, supported by the DA roadshow and the news articles. Speculative buyers over the last three weeks now having their hour in the limelight and taking short term profits, and viewing Sav as a regular Aim company that will be slow to follow up on the Scoping Study, and have gone chasing other rainbows. The longer term holders have maybe, taken a slice but there is, IMO, a lot more, a lot lot more to come here, as investors see the true potential value.
