Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
James - possibly no mega uprate from Berenberg who see the FS as the main short term catalyst.
This is what Berenberg said earlier in September following the RNS:
"Greatland Gold (Buy, PT GBp18) released a series of announcements yesterday that strengthened the board, secured commitments for AUD220m of debt and raised AUD60m of new equity with Andrew Forrest’s Wyloo Investments, with a further AUD60m potentially to be raised through warrants. This follows on from a GBP29.7m placement last month. Greatland, which holds a 30% interest in the Havieron project in Western Australia, had previously been firmly on the back foot following the decision of Newcrest not to exercise its option to acquire an additional 5% interest in the project that would have taken it to 75%.
Greatland is now fully funded for the initial development of Havieron, which hosts a resource of 5.5Moz of gold and 220kt of copper, and we believe that the company can now negotiate with Newcrest on a far more equal footing. The main catalysts for the shares should be the completion of a feasibility study for the initial development of Havieron in Q4 and ongoing exploration results from the deposit. In our view, this provides a strong platform for the shares to re-rate, having seen recent weakness".
Berenberg Bank has re-iterated its BUY recommendation for GGP today, target price remains at 18p.
haha Panama - good stuff.
Then there's Bromus, Rudall & Panorama
A hit in these will add to the drama!
How about this for a bit of fun?
Then there's Bromus, Rudall & Panama
Oops mis-spelt, that should be Panorama

If you message me over there I can direct you to the spreadsheet or search under the chat tab.
Seav - I did a spreadsheet on gggpchat that you can play around with. Obviously I based it on RNS 3 March parameters with Probable reserve of 2.9 m ounces gold equivalent (drilling cut of early December 2021) not the full 6.5m ounces gold equivalent to mirror GGP's own parameters. Worth joining over there if you have not done so already.
Do not let itsoutthere and his cronies put any investor off from voting. He has an axe to grind and is not to be trusted.
PIs have a right to vote and should exercise that right. It may not be too late but investors may need to make the running vis a vis contacting brokers. They may not come to you.
Be under no illusion. If Resolutions 1 & 2 fail this Friday GGP will be in serious trouble SP-wise.
That would constitute insider knowledge which I doubt has happened. More likely the SP is rising just on expectation of the positive result.
Sedgey - you may have to contact them. Many brokers will not act unless you contact them yourself eg HL
BUMP
A further reminder that if you have not yet voted there are some instructions below on what to do.
It is absolutely critical that you use your vote no matter how many shares you have. They all count. It is vital that PIs make a show of strength in using votes wisely.
Be under no illusion - if Resolutions 1 & 2 fail then the SP will dive.

Just a reminder that Liam has been collating instructions on how to vote for various platforms in the link below.
Whichever way you are voting it is so important you have your say as shareholders.
There are cut off dates for voting which may be different across the platforms so I would log in and check ASAP.

Apparently there was also a pre-recorded webinar that LSE are releasing where Shaun answers questions that were collated by LSE, so that should assist for those unable to attend :-)
Also a good thread here started by Nitram where we can collate feedback from the event last night in one place for those who post there :-)

Agreed, not going to happen. Newcrest have access to $2.3 billion liquidity according to their accounts and didn't think it was worth paying 60 million for the 5% of Havieron allegedly because it didn't meet their investment criteria.
They had their chance and blew it. Maybe they thought Greatland would not be able to get financing for their share of the mine and could pick up the whole company for a song. Outflanked by little old GGP?
That is actually a great question Jacko as many PIs will just expect a communication from their broker. As you can see with HL, they do not contact contact you direct so you have to do the spade work yourself.
Do not let lethargy prevent you from exercising your right to vote, or say it's just too difficult. You have a right. Exercise that right.

The world economy................................................just maybe
Just back from a couple of weeks away. Who was the idiot that started this thread? Cannot believe what I read on this board sometimes. It's become as sleazy as some social media platforms. Best ignored imo.
Hi speedy - quite agree. Champagne for our real friends, real pain for our sham friends as the song used to go.
Part of "Telfer province" indeed SB. Bloody cheek.
Man up and give Greatland the credit for the Havieron discovery and don't relegate it to a footnote. Hope questions pile in on this.
Oilgreg - we are all waiting for an apology re the 17m GDXJ rebalanced. Foot tapping emoji.
$1.7m, so that's around £1.5m or a cool buy of some 17m shares. That should round off the week nicely thank you very much.
Mongoose. You will need to share your valuation calculation before i can place any credence to what you are saying
