By "documentation" I presume DW means that has partly involved solicitors drawing up formal contracts. This could be holding things up but that is just speculating I know.

FO discussions are not an exact science. They involve complex negotiations and take many months. June or July in these circumstances is not a problem for me. I can wait but expecting an update by early next week either way.
