Aren't shares supposed to go up as well as down? Or is it just 88?

I see now we have moved from 1/20 to 1/6 billion

I think the usual apathy that voting does not matter but l believe by what ive seen that there must be 100 million plus votes on this site enough to make a difference for or against these proposals perhaps in future we can have our own meetings and all vote accordingly. We can have real power here if we choose as a group to do so. Just a thought..

5% is much more alarming than 37%

6 billion shares in issue but only a total of 300+ million votes but carried 2-1 in favour. Am l missing something?? This is legal with only 1/20 of shares voting???

Im with Hargreaves Lansdown and the rights are already showing on my portfolio as a number even though ive not yet applied for anything, ive not come accross that before

I've just discovered a new term "TAIL SWALLOWING" I understand l can do this with my nil paid rights. Is anyone else looking at this

Im not going to take up the rights Issue, my wife and I own 2.4 million shares in ISAs,
I made the mistake of topping up on the way down at 1.8 thinking it was the bottom.
I have enough money invested (GAMBLED) in this share.,
as ive said before if the share does well I can get rich with 2.4 Million as well as with 3 Million
so ive no need to top up, Ive got better things to do with four grand.

Im still happy to be invested here but time is no longer on our side, DW needs to do what he says he is going to do .
after all 88 will rise or fall on his decisions

Can you sell the rights issue at a profit without buying them if the price goes up as "NIL PAID" Im sure Ive come accross this before?

Of Course Main Stream Oil Companies are affected by sentiment, They actually have Oil

I believe that 88 is unaffected by the market, if my statement is not true why is the share not significantly higher
as a result of the oil price, The Oil Price now is significantly above the break even point. I rest my case

The Price of 88e on aim is not affected by Donald Trump, Brexit, The Price of Oil or anything else in the real world
otherwise the price would go up as well as down.

This share only goes down apart from the odd occasion where things reach fever pitch with a storm in a tea cup rumour of a possibility of riches beyond your wildest dreams. the share price doubles, trebles then Oh No...... back on the slippery slope downwards,,, That is how I see the reality of 88.

One member here recently talked about a 3p and 4p bagger... Really?? if im not mistaken that was once the actual share price without a bagger. Are we as investors now setting our expectations that low? What happened to the pound party?

It seems the people that matter are not interested in
1) Oil Price
2) How much land we have in Oily Alaska
3) How much Oil we have in the land in Oily Alaska
I really do hope they are interested in a farm out and hopefully a farm out that is benificial to us
not a give away because we are desparate.

The above are not important because they are decisions already made and if you want to stay invested in this company you better get use to this sort of chicanary because time is not our friend. Time is Money

What is important
The Idea here is to get oil out of the ground or more important to persuade other people to get oil out of our ground
We have farm outs planned , The Red Hand Gang consortium and Yukon on the go at the moment

Lets try to stay calm and look at the positive, the opportunities are here the possibilities are here.

Let me put it another way , Im Currently invested in BT and im really happy because im 12% up
with 88 you can be 20% down before breakfast and be 50% up by the end of the day thats why we love 88
Blue chips cant make the sort of margins that this share can, But be prepared to loose your shirt if it goes belly up
