What makes me laugh about aim share prices is that many of them start off at around 30p
Then they end up at 5p or less then when they get to 1p (Like us) then we dream about share prices of 4p

Ive seen this in many other aim companies question is why were they worth 30p in the first place?

I bought in because I liked the idea of a small company making it big in the world of oil, ive been here well over 2 years now ive seen lots of ups and downs, ive never believed in the pound party but its fun to talk about such things, Ive always believed 88 has a good chance of coming good and making us all a great deal of money.

JofHoggitt so you are saying no creaming the curve no pound party and little return from a farm out if thats the case then 2p or even 3p is a good price bit of a come down from the pound party. But 3p is enough for DW to fill his trouses but for most of us 2-3p is only the break even point

Happy Hatter I love the idea of a deal with a major oil company, but somehow I think the deal will end up mediocre
a bit like the 4 way deal with the red hand gang but as long as its a source of revenue and keeps the company alive with a constant cash income I dont mind, Come on 88 You sold us cheap on the rights now Prove you can come up with the goods

Please feel free to enlighten us with the correct figure then we will all feel much better

I invest in FSTE companies with a view to gaining 20-30% long term including Dividends its normal
not unusual I dont mean in a week or a month lol

The deeds have now been done, To raise money at our lowest share price shows the frailty of the company
But we now have a small lifeline of cash for the immediate future. Hopefully now the worse is over.
We need an absolute minimum of a farm out and another positive bit of new before the next raising of funds
I think those that do not understand 88s precarious position will see the true meaning of 50/50 in the coming months.
if it comes good and many of us believe this to be so then the share price will reflect this, if it goes pear shaped and we need to raise funds at 0.5p or less then its possible we may not survive.
But this is no FTSE share where one looks for 20-30% profit those figures can be a daily occurance here both up and down in some turbulant time periods. What makes this share different is that we can reach for the stars and there is a genuine chance that if the pieces of the jigsaw fit we can become very wealthy indeed

They sold 1 in 3 shares and said the rights issue went better than expected! Really?? Then why have the rights issue and not farm it out to the big boys?

Wow DW owns 32 Million Shares with options on a further 60 Million I think he should pay for the room at the pound party

DW describes our current share position in a recent podcast as "currently in a trough" but he says he will buy as many of the new shares as he can afford. Personally I'm happy with that. Its a good attitude putting your money where your mouth is. I'm in for the rights.

That was a very interesting interview with DW I think it is important that we get that sort of thing as well as dreary RNSs
he described our current share position as "A TROUGH" he said he could of easily raised the money from the big boys but he wanted to give shareholders an opportunity to buy, He said hes had to buy every one of his shares and he will take up as many of the new ones as he can afford, He seems fairly confident about the farm out but states "ITS NOT YET A DONE DEAL" I think the farm out if it happens will give us breathing space and security in the short term. Im now even considering taking up the rights issue.

128064 I moved from TD it was awful, large north American company with no soul but a large number of fees and charges. Not Customer friendly and nasty exit fees

Yes it will possibly provoke buying but not of the rights issue because 1.7c is significantly below that
