Recent RNS's have done little to boost the share price, in fact the prices is being slowly eroded away by time,
even the last RNS with half a million dollars and the implicaton that we only have crossing of Ts and dotting of i, s to go
I realise that we will only get true movement on the announcement of a final deal, To be honest I can only see an initial deal keeping us afloat until we eventually hit Oil or hit nothing and fold. What do you all think on this?

If we have a good FO under our belt with good prospects and a tier 1 as partner we should be able to raise money much more cheaply than a rights issue leaving us with 10-12 billion shares.. We may even be able to get a bank loan with no dilution of equity but that's best case scenario.

In the past many have talked about 5p 10p 20p 50p £1 Party nobody knows what will happen
The maths show that billions of barrels of oil mean a serious share price, but to get to that stage we have to jump through
many hoops and with major help from others,

I have been shouted down many times but I still say the best guide to the price that may be is DWs share options
All the buses come home at 3p. Clearly he believes that to be an optimum price at least for the immediate future if all goes well. As he is the head honcho and 3p is his chosen basket who are we to argue?

If this is a tier 1 company and they pull out at the last minute 500k will be seen as toilet paper by them. On the other hand it shows a genuine commitment from a serious player, that at least is what im looking for and hoping for

If we get a deal and ts based on oil out of the ground, Isnt the share price going to stay static until we drill for oil in 2020 ?

This s a similar stuation to Debenhams, The incoming money will take out most of the equity. Thats what it says on the Tin
so we could be looking at 3p, 2p 1p or bust depending on how it pans out. maybe it will rise long term but we dont have any information to suggest this

Patience fellow investors DW said paperwork needed signing off he didnt give a date so its pointless trying to speculate its equally pointless to try to guess the contents of the deal and as such the share price,

I honestly believe that any sort of deal will enhance the share price. a Good deal wll give us a good share price, an excellent deal wll give us an excellent share price 1p, 2p, 3p 4p, 5p, 10p etc who knows I certainly dont. nether does anyone here. We will all sit and wait together and see what happens

I can never understand the value of speculation about DW and his RNSs. He clearly states that they are in the final sign off stage of the contracts. That being the case there is still a very small chance of not signing thus the price remains static. There is no indication as to how the deal will benefit 88 in fact the benefits could be a couple of years into the future thus the static share price. Personally I'm not worried about the share price at the moment. We have the opportunity to reap rewards on more than one front.,thats what makes this share so exciting. Sit back and relax get on with your life 88 will come to fruition or failure in its own good time

Bombard are you suggesting the farmer may not be willing to pay even a couple of dollars a barrel?

We only need 15p ish for a billion quid valuation and with almost 3 billion barrels in one of our areas alone its not unthinkable

Anyone considered the D word in the future i.e. Dividend. If we get bought out you can have the money in the buying company and thus get regular dividends. Or even a cash rich 88 giving out a dividend.. Its not impossible
