I think we have most of the important information now. The information that will make us all rich.. Nobody doubts that we can all be rich.. The oil is there in the billions of barrels. Farm Out in place others to follow excellent work DW..... All I'm asking now is for DW to show us his financial plan to get us from here to payday..

Perhaps RDB have but l suspect we will not follow suit. Past history here says that.

Clearly the options are very thin on the ground, Iets hope one of the options keeps us going until Payday

Exactly so a cash raise will always be below the share price add more shares lower the share price and dilute shareholder value

SpineFX I hope what you say is true about no shortage of takers
but Ive never heard of a cash raise above the share price and I dont expect that to start anytime soon

The other point made here is To low for a cash raise? the price is what it is if its a cash rasise at the last resort of 0.3 then thats what we have got there is no choice in the matter. Personally I was hoping for a few million from premier a price of 3p so a cash raise that is fairly acceptable to all. now who knows? Even a partial sale to a speculator looks good at this point

I keep saying the same thing because it's true. I sold 75% of my shares at a massive loss at 0.8p because I'm looking for something that we don't have financial stability.. Billions of barrels of oil in the ground.. Our ground are no use to anyone. The only thing that matters now is surviving until the drills. I have to say l roll my eyes at the links you are posting to each other... All very interesting stuff but missing the point by miles. We need money to survive.. I very much doubt a tax rebate will fill the hole. DW needs to find cash as a priority.

Brombard l for one don't want the share price to drop. But the information coming out of the company via DW is not inspiring people to buy 88 shares.

Keep it simple is a good way of looking at things.
88 has billions of barrels of oil. It will have oil companies to do farm outs for us.. But we don't have money to keep going until 2021..its that simple

It's simple if people have confidence in a share it goes up If not then down. MMs can only push so far.

I don't care who filters me l will say what l think and feel about 88. I'm invested and as such have a right to say my peace here. I'm not here to offend ramp or deramp.

People on here talk about do your own research, But I think they are talking about the complicated world of oil how it works, getting it out of the ground etc. That would all be important if any of that mattered
We have all seen the pretty pictures, we all know there are billions of barrels of oil net to 88 fabulous. we can have 50 farm outs but none of the above matter at all if we dont have money to last up to the point when money comes in ... so DYOR for me means cash raise, thats what the past shows and thats what the future holds. was I right to de risk??? absolutely. a rights issue cash raise etc will significantly weaken the share price as sure as eggs is eggs

I got absolutely slated on here last week for de-risking by selling 3 Million of my 4 Million shares at 0.8 and at a large loss.
Idiots here said its the time to buy not sell wait for the announcement in September.
I knew what this announcement would be without knowing the details because ive had shares here for 3-4 years and I know DWs writing style and how the company has been run it goes like this

Lots of Nice Colour Pictures showing you where the oil is , with how many billions of barrels are net to us , Details of farm out, Reference to future farmouts, Dates??? 2020, 2021.. All good so far Personally im delighted .. That has all the ingredients to making us all rich its why we are all here and make no mistake we all can be very rich indeed so far so good...

Now on a minor point ... DW on this occasion did not tell us about how we will get to 2020 and 2021. I was at first hoping the farmee would give us a few million as part of the deal...oops not the case.. DW made reference to future farm outs, will they give us money up front? Why should they when Premier did not . oh sorry forgot the handfull of loose change to seal the deal.

Bottom line no matter how you dress it up we will have to raise money ... that means more shares in issue and a significantly lower share price in the short term maybe longer... But if and its a big IF , if we can hold on until we hit the black stuff then we may reap the rewards

The Usual.. Very exciting times.. Billions of barrels of oil... Much of it de Risked. More farm outs planned.. Presentation was a little thin on finance ie farm out to fund.. Oz hasn't moved. What do others think?

Perhaps we can get Donald Trump and the Federal Reserve to finance 88 then we can be on par with BP
