The institutions are in for dividend and growth so will keep the shares.. They will also give us stability smoothing out our slow but gradual rise upwards. Surely you don't see institutional investors as a negative.. Very much to the contrary in my opinion

there seems to be a lot of fuss about lloyds price going up and down. in my opinion its best to look at the facts.... Worst Recession in 300 Years, mediocre Annual report, Low dividend but with promise of progressive.. its clear we will have to slowly claw our way out of the pit over the next couple of years at least.... short term price movements will be based on short term news.. let the algorytham boys do there worst/ or best... lloyds is slow burn long term.. l believe with all my heart it will rise in the long term ..

Breaking the 39p barrier would be a good start today

looking at the current situation our results were seen by the market as mediocre and thats fair enough
worst recession in 300 years and covid.. But at least we have a dividend again.
Personally l think it will be a long haul back to serious profits again ..they have stated a progressive dividend but l believe as do Hargreaves Lansdown that the progressive dividend will be from a much lower base than 3p...
if we get another 0.5p as an interim in a few months then we will know thats true.
I believe that this is a good solid share that in time will rise in price and give fair dividends in the long term..

why above 40p the paperwork was poor 0.57p divi even if same again on the interim that only gives us 2 percent yield on a 50p price

last years divi went on covid loans.... thats why they stopped bank divis to help hard up businesses. how would it look if we all got 3p a share and there was no money for loans dont forget the government own part of us and legislate over the banking system and in "times of War" do what they feel they need to do even if it means were out of Cavier and Champane

agreed lloyds will be slow burn its a good long term share that will start with a small dividend but will have a progressive dividend policy for the coming years .. good solid investment long term.. im in on that basis if we get 50-70p l wont complain GLA
