Going back the company was criticised for not communicating to everyone fairly, making it look like smaller social media groups were getting preference.

This approach is better, but maybe a RNS-Reach would have been more appropriate.

Does anyone know why holders > 1% would delay Rule 8.3 disclosure, other than they can?

Surely If the Company are involved in some “bs offer scam” this would be a dangerous game with serious repercussions.
