Well, since the last accounts were 30 June 2022, I'd like something more recent.

@MrBigPiece I'm not talking down my investment; I'm trying to make sense of the RNS. UPL have a history of being sloppy with announcements, so is this just another example or should I expect accounts tomorrow and restoration on the 16th?

...or same faces turn up to deny facts.

In the RNS "Institutional Placing& Appointment of Joint Broker" the new shares were due to start trading on the Monday Bank Holiday "Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market is expected by Monday 6th May".

So mistakes piled on mistakes or the 10 day delay was for a reason.

Maybe my expectations of a main market listed company board are just too high.

@Make5Mil Just that some people seem to suggest a failure to file accounts isn't that important and UPL can offload that failure on their auditors.

I believe it's a serious problem (a criminal offence in some jurisdictions) demanding an urgent resolution with updates to shareholders giving reason(s) for a continuing failure to file and planned actions. It is UPL's responsibility to get the accounts filed on time and appoint accountants and auditors who can do so.

It is UPL's fault because they chose PKF Littlejohn and PKF Littlejohn failed.

1 day is poor, 2 days is bad ........

The company should provide an estimate of when it will be resolved indicating the areas of the accounts under scrutiny.
