It certainly sounded like they wanted certain assets to appreciate in value then sell (monetize) them in order to fund LBR.

Since you brought up EV1, I bought into EV1 specifically because Craig is involved with the company and he chose to invest MET1 funds when money was tight and needed to fund LBR. I arrived at the same conclusion as you, albeit for different reasons.

I concur. The expectation is the project will be financed. However, they still need to come up with $7 million.

I live in the US and am investing directly into LBI via the TSX-V.

There's a ton of insider buying in LBI but not metals one. I fear it's because metals one is doing another raise.

Also, I am bullish on their Tanzania metals project. Their helium project won't pan out.
