RE: A light read and good overview25 Sep 2022 19:59
Great confidence boost from the research here whilst we await news going forwards. Turning this into hard commercial reality I understand Potnaks points he has previously made although I think he is a bit cautious in relation to timescales. But I particularly agree with the fact that we don't require the completed scientific process, just a major willing to dig deep for us all to benefit at an early stage and to complete the process for us.
I am still bemused as to why there hasn't been a placing yet. There remains plenty of headroom to do this and put decent cash in the Bank. For example, with 68m shares in circulation a further 32m placed shares would take us to a meagre 100m shares in circulation and could put as much as circa £58m in the Bank at £1.80 per share. The Bod must be confident of funds arriving from elsewhere would be the logic, or, a placing is imminent. SP doesn't suggest this though.
Secondly, we have had no TR1 - with 68m shares in circulation a 3% threshold would be triggered and reportable once an investor has 2.04m shares. 5% threshold (overseas) would require a total holding of 3.4m shares to trigger a RNS for this particular threshold.
An inflection point for the sp was reached last week and we have now started to climb leading into news.
I get the impression that once the trickle of news starts (and is positive) then the dam, potentially, may well burst.
For balance, any setbacks as alluded to by Potnak, would see our SP drop depending on severity.
Great time to be invested and buy when others are fearful remains the mantra for me!
