Don't over complicate it Potnak. I responded to Krusty earlier today about this. The simple fact is that our HNWI has opted to convert his warrants. The £180k is the result of that and not necessarily needed at all by Sareum. The HNWI is merely adding 6m shares and to try to guess what they will do with it and when seems ludicrous to me. That scenario can apply to a lot here that are not HNWI's. Just accept that they have obtained additional shares quite properly, and Sareum have received £180k quite properly. No hidden agenda and news imminent.

Thanks for the response Krusty - I don't find it offensive in the least. I am just bemused as to why everyone is trying to second guess an investors intentions and when they will carry their intentions out. It is over complicating what are - to me - simple facts that should be absorbed as such.

Whats the point of making that point Krusty - you are being illogical. We could all sell out, Thoth has as many shares (reportedly) and could also sell out. We could all buy more! Just making that point.
I cannot believe that a simple exercise of warrants could cause so much angst. It is definitely the HNWI - no doubt. Sareum have received £180k and 6m shares are added to shares in issue. Just absorb these simple facts and move on to the news that is yet to come.

RNS being used as an excuse to drop sp. The mms would also have known about RNS yesterday. Our HNWI may also be in the process of converting Tranche 2 - who knows. Either way this is no biggie. Stay focused on the real news yet to come.

And before anyone else queries: The second tranche is on a 1 warrant for every 3 shares issued and is exercisable at 4.9p. Cash still to come so all good

That isn't correct Ronnie. There was 1 warrant for every 5 shares. Full amount has been exercised

This is the first tranche of warrants which is the first investment by our HNWI. The warrants exercised are the full amount exercisable after the sp hit 5p for 7 days. The warrants were exercisable at 2.8p.
The next tranche are the warrants issued with the second investment by our HNWI and become exercisable after sp has hit 7p for a week. These are exercisable at a price of 4.9p.

Next one for our HNWI is exercisable at 4.9p.

Dgaser or Dave! Not sure what you meant by your first paragraph but only the HNWI can exercise those warrants @ 5p and 7p. The 5p tranche have already met the conditions and I believe the 7p tranch have also ( last week). So it is up to the HNWI as to whether he/she exercises them and takes more shares. A RNS will notify us when the time comes and will also confirm the amount Of cash Sareum received. All good here mate

If both sets of warrants are exercised I make it that Sareum would receive a further £1.021428 in cash from the HNWI.

Hi Bobbler - yes you are correct. If a company offers us £2bn for what we have lock stock and barrel then the price per share = Offer price divided by the No: of shares in issue. This will then determine the price per share paid and would value our individual portfolios accordingly.
Equally, if an offer is made of say £1 per share then the value of the deal is Offer per share x No: of shares in issue.

No problem Unite - I tend to look at where we are as a Company and factored in the Kymab deal as a comparator.
My caveat is that as we progress and get news then we will become more expensive to buy out - hence constant review.
Been here for a very long time through thick and thin so well versed in Sareum progress. It’s been a great ride this far and a lot is at stake.
Looking forwards to next couple of updates.
