Hi Mafuta - yes I see your point. 51% of a company ownership would potentially stifle other shareholders views. It might work for micro companies etc: Larger companies would issue more shares to dilute the percentage ownership. Otherwise it would become an autocracy

I think the BoD have done a really great job of managing the sp and our progress in general. I think the whole approach has been to maintain an orderly market as this assists the mms also. Otherwise it would be chaotic here.
With the sp at a new high and so much news to come we would have faced the prospect of a disorderly market if Sareum just dropped the mother of all RNS’s out of the blue. Suspension would have been inevitable and would suit nobody.
Everybody wins but importantly, so do we! The HNWI have been pivotal in helping to control our steady rise

Hi Danny - 3% is the initial for a TR-1 followed by incremental increase reporting at 5% etc. Any investor holding over 29.99% must make an offer for the company.
An overseas investor can go to 5% before a TR-1 has to be released.

The first HNWI invested on 1st of June at a price of 2.8p. Got in early at what was then a premium price.

All are currently under our MC and only 3 exceeded it in their heyday.
Given that these are predominantly Covid related we start to appreciate the full potential within Sareum as we await updates on about 4 different fronts all of which are highly significant

Hi Maidit- not sure that is correct as the RNS states that the closing mid price should be 9p or over for 5 consecutive days. I don’t think we have achieved that but happy to be corrected. Also, I think this is another new HNWI - making that 3 now on board.

It is an interesting conundrum Danny. The market cap potential of Sareum is highly subjective as we have all speculated on this board. So valuation of Sareum remains very broad brush. The point I was making was that, given the established market caps of Brightys list we could divide those values by Sareums shares in issue to obtain a Sareum equivalent value compared to its peers.
That said, I fully appreciate what you are saying and I totally agree with the potential here. I am looking forwards to significant progress this year with a sp to match. Life changing for so many families in so many ways.

No not really Unite. I think there may have been some order filling going on and sp dropped late on to catch any sellers. Other than that the sp has behaved similarly to Friday. 9.1p being a bit of a tough nut to crack. Might see some late trades posted which may give us a clue. Good volume though and very happy where we are ahead of Trading update.

Yes I have seen Brighty's post a few times now. In terms of sp it is indicative of what could happen here but market caps are very relevant due to the differing number of shares in issue in each of the companies mentioned. I posted a table of Sareums market cap valuations and related sp a few moons ago. It would be interesting to convert Brightys post into a Sareum sp equivalent for each company.

Thanks Danny - Interestingly, the MM's, or somebody else, does not want to see this close above 9p therefore stifling the opportunity for additional warrants to be converted and the subsequent money going into Sareum coffers.

This transaction is excellent and the timing is no accident IMO. With a trading update imminent could we be about to see a humdinger drop. It was clearly strategically important for this investment news to land before the update. Expecting it to land this week.

This is great news and is timed just ahead of a trading update and Covid news. All good - keep sitting on those hands
