Isn’t that all going directly to project costs though. That’s clearly stated in the RNS. And their only revenue is from aje, so no actual cash until early next year. The. There’s only about a year before the wells run dry. So where is this magic money tree? And where are the admin costs coming from.

Answer is simples. You are about to vote to allow the Board to raise sufficient cash to bridge the gap. Try doing some sums.

Where is the money coming for to fund the £1.62 million in admin expenses then. From that magic money tree. Maybe it was given a sheikh ?

Ah the recent RNS which says

“ be used by the Company for general working capital purposes and to allow the Company to appraise further investment opportunities and to provide funds for investment”

I clearly confused” working capital” with admin expenses.Add that to the calculations on the cash position and when they can expect cash from aje (not until next year at least) and you will see that they now have enough cash to pay their salaries until then. Pity there’s nothing left after that.

And if you are talking about the puff piece on proactive investors yes I’ve seen it and it was not the most probing questioning of a CEO I’ve ever seen. Hardly convincing.

Cashed up to £1.3m???? Only if you are discounting the admin costs of 1.6 million they spend every year. They needed the placing as they were running out of cash fast. Any sign of them reducing admin costs? I thought not.

What total fantasy, this is already totally overvalued IMHO. And the idea of a “major” coming along and buying them out LMFAO. Wouldn’t like to upset the gravy train for the Directors anyway. Time to buy in here is when the Directors get their own cash out of their pocket and buy some, until then “trade it baby”, certainly don’t hold it.

Business as usual PVR style? Does that entail sitting around on your ar5e all day doing very little and drawing on shareholders funds to pay your overinflated salary perchance? Wouldn’t be the only set of Directors to do that TBH

Wow, I think that anyone who put more than 5% of their portfolio in AIM in total is way over exposed, never mind 15% in a single share. Well good luck to you mcadder, you are going to need it.

Suggest anyone following you that thinks because you now have 1.3 million shares and therefore has some kind of inside track takes a quick look at your investing record and you’re posting history. You are “not a ramper” of course LMFAO

I thought they had a small interest in Helvick? Otherwise why mention it in today’s RNS. That does reply on MFDevCo (50% owned by NUOG) actually doing some work on it, and since knack all seems to have been done in the last 5 years I think we can have little CONfidence of anything happening there.
