Target of 9.63p a share, provided targets in the prospectus were met. Were they?
Seated over 1,000,000 diners by the first anniversary of admission not met
Over 2,000 restaurants across all countries by the first anniversary of admission not met
An increase in BigDish’s market share in the Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines and the UK. Not met
They mention the risk of competitors, but then use tastecard as the comparison. Looks like they missed discoeat.
Most brokers targets are not worth the paper they are written on, but gives an indication of the maximum that can be expected IF they met their targets.
Do you even read what you write mate.
“Better let what you call "crooks" to do what they need to do....at least the business keeps rolling.”
What happened to that bit of the responsibility for Directors to act honestly and promote the success of the company and its shareholders.? Not act to suck out as much money from the company as they possibly can.
LSE admin are going to track you down as you are clearly connected. I urge everyone on this board to write to LSE admin (not just report posts).
There ought to be a permanent board somewhere that names and shames these crooks and the companies they are involved with, that way genuine PIs can check them out before they commit their hard earned cash. That’s not to say there isn’t money to be made by getting involved in the companies they run, but you have to just work out where the con is, and I wouldn’t keep any money in such a company for more than a few hours personally.

E.g. he did it before therefore he will do it again.
In 2014 there were circa 840 million shares in issue, now over 6 billion.
“The total percentage of shares not in public hands is 0.07% defined as being beneficial holdings of shares held by shareholders holding above 10% and the directors holdings.?“
Good to see that the Directors today have as much skin in the game as they did back then. Only NUOG is worse for Directors having skin in the game.
If is such a great prospect, why are they not gobbling up shares like there is no tomorrow?
Roll up, roll up, this is headed to the moon. It’s the next best thing since sliced bread, just put money in and you are guaranteed untold wealth and riches. Not just double, but treble and more likely a 10 bagger, the holy grail, and its coming quickly, very quickly, faster than a quick thing. Quick, that’s how quick. Haven’t you heard this is the next google, facebook and amazon all rolled into one. So please do yourself a favour all you mug punters out there, time to sell you house and bet it all on BigDish, take out a massive loan and put it all in here. 100% money back guarantee (allegedly)
You know it makes sense.
LMAO. I’ll take that as the sarcasm it was intended to be. I’m sure that the (paid) NOMAD, or teenage scribblers that they probably are, have burrowed down and fully audited every scrap of info presented to them.
Bank processing delays? I know that 9 million is lot of cash, but honestly, the world financial systems are designed to transfer billions of pounds around the globe in an instant. And “changes to the Chinese consortium” thats the fist time I’ve seen that mentioned anywhere. Sounds more and more like the money wasn’t loaded at the other end. TOR gets away with telling some whoppers
Barry mate, Firstly it’s not a great think that they are the same price, that’s only happened because the NUOG price has collapsed. Secondly things are not exactly going well for NUOG in Newfoundland, they are about as welcome as the Libdems at a meeting of the European Reform Group, and thirdly even if someone wanted to buy shp shares they are not listed on any UK exchanges. So go find the shp board to post on.
Remember this is just preferred bidder status and the main contract award is not until the end of this year, although its pretty likely that they will convert this. Bab**** operate on some pretty tight margins and this will be a pretty tough price to meet, but I would expect that they would be looking to make at least 6 to 8% a year off of this. They will also save on redundancy costs at Rosyth. This should add between 8 to 10 million a year profit to the bottom line for the next 10 years IMO
