Some here are suffering from classic confirmation bias and the even more classic overexposure on a single share which leads to too much emotion clouding judgement . There is also a danger that having sunk cash into this little adventure and taken a loss, they are reluctant to realise that loss. Always best to periodically review your position in every share and look at the positives and the negative cases being made. Ignore any gain or loss so far and start from the position of wound I invest today at this price? Taking any other approach and the only person you are kidding is yourself.

And for clarity, figures don’t include the £206k finance costs of servicing the shard loan.

Exercise of options 30 Jan 2019 8,000,000 at 0.6p generates £48,000 although it looks more like money owed, so no cash added.

Total cash = £639,098 but only £566,098 in the coffers.

Admin expenses in 2018 = £1,620,000 or £135,000 a month.
Even if they have reduced their costs to £60k a month which would require them not to have any expenses at all as well as not service any of the loans, they cannot possibly have any cash left. Can’t raise below par value so a share consolidation and reorg is required first. No sign of this SPV or update on any projects.

Overexposed individuals, ridiculous valuations not based in reality, and a management team not delivering what they promised, coupled to tech that’s pretty rubbish and a competitor that got there first with better tech.

Where am I trying to do that. I’m just showing how many covers they have to sell to even justify today’s valuation and pointing out that they have achieved nothing so far. Have I got that wrong? Over 300,000 covers every single day, day in day out, for a whole year and then the next year. And that’s just to justify today’s mcap.

You are not as bright as you sound. I said it would take selling 6000 covers a day to get a revenue of £1 million. To get to a market cap of £11 m on fundamentals they would have to have a revenue of at least 10 times that in my view (probably more) but let’s say 5 times. That’s over 300,000 covers sold every single day. How many are they doing now?

Can you even read? I said 6000 covers a day not restaurants. Try 6000 x 365 x0.5 and you might find the answer you seek.
