It's the way it is.
Going from exploration, proving up, and production can take years, sometimes decades.. Alba aren't progressing slowly. They know that the demand is already there and are moving "relatively" swiftly.

Personally I'm not at all concerned with the transience of the SP.
I've a significant spread of small cap miners, nearly all are significantly down at the moment. I'm here for the outcome, not the trading.
I'm guessing many here are also in Power, I regard Kav as slightly higher risk but with a potentially larger upside. We all have our own risk vs reward template.
The healthy perspective is acquired by looking down on day to day machinations from a great height., its a calming place to reside :-)

We also know that "no material offer" has been put forward. Not sure how any on here know that "no offer" has been forward.
I'm also concerned "95%" of the world don't want to touch anything in Russia! Think we better tell the rest of the BRICS countries.

Was reading an article this morning that reminded me of how Potanin bought the interests of a "Russian Infidel's" stake in a huge (20 million customers) online bank, earlier this year.
They're doing deals out there, I think it's likely that the complexities of the asset structure are slowing completion.

I was thinking more about how Potanin sees this. There's advantages there for both parties :-)
Putin also implied that China was taking up the slack for demand that had been westward bound.

Mr Putin further said that Russia has no need to nationalise assets to deal with the economic fallout of sanctions and the conflict in Ukraine.
He also said it was a "gift" to local investors and businesses that swathes of Western companies have left Russia since it sent tens of thousands of troops into Ukraine in February.

I think most of us realise much of what is posted above and beyond official RNSs' and verifiable imagery of on the ground progress is purely an individuals "reality" of the situation. This "reality" being a product of thoughts and imagination, IT IS NOT REAL :-). So whether uber positive or depressingly negative, it isn't everyone else's reality
We know that there are interested parties at the table, we know the company has valued assets, we know things have been made extremely difficult by the current geopolitical situation.
It may be frustrating to some, but personally think the BOD are playing this the right way. Discussions ongoing, no publicity.

On a bit of a tangent, and this has probably been discussed already, but I can't be arsed to sift through all the dross.
With the perceived risks of the ongoing "SMO" and how they complicate what was an imminent asset sale, could the BOD be negotiating an "asset exchange"? This seems like a safer way of realising the value of our assets, taking into account that one of the parties at the table is NN (with their North American supply interests).

.......how the West haven't sanctioned TENEX, part of Rosatrom (Russian state owned) and are still sourcing enriched uranium from them.
Yet again, it goes to show that business will continue, if there is an overseas need/market for it :-)

Looks like current sp isn't a million miles from where this will end up. RNS looks great, until you consider the detail.
I've only got a couple of grand still invested here, took the rest out at the end of September.
