It all "appears" positive, lets see what occurs over the next few months. Interesting that the comments are from BT, I wonder if Kav have realised he's overplayed the enthusiasm card over the last few years.

Been in Kav about five years also. Don't get excited at all when Ben is excited, heard it all far too many times. The only thing that will change the outlook is tangible outcomes, of which there have been none to date.

...............another orchestrated attempt at rising the sp, to enabling milking it all the way back down. Apparently it was to increase transparency and investor confidence :-). Nothing at all to do with having to ;-)

Don't get suckered in, look at Syme's history, don't listen to the rampers.

Very few shares on AIM currently have an sp that truly reflects potential or actual company value. Prohibitive taxation, an economy just starting to look like its coming back only to be stamped on by the current incumbents, sentiment at an all time low. The only plus is that a nice spread of holdings taken now will show decent profits down the road. LSE aren't helping things, more interested in data harvesting than creating viable markets.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we can't. However, I can see culpability being proven a lot easier in the next few years, so here's hoping.

He'll need a watertight audit trail of comms to support the picture he sold to P.Is' to avoid some kind of future penalty.

Nice positive news, but not on a personal basis. I hadn't got around to crystalising my trading account loss on Kav before placing into the ISA. I do like to offset CGT losses. :-)

After the false dawns I'm starting to become more optimistic with regards success for Kav.

One scenario of the EGM, is the issuing on funds received by KK, back to the umbrella company.

Can't see why we'd have an RNS because the sudsid, of which we own 68%, has an EGM on 8th May. However , the outcome of said AGM may indeed result in an RNS.

Well, its not bad news. Personally, awaiting definitive news. Ben is always "confident" and this, as we have seen several times in the past, is no indication of a successful outcome :-)
