Sol, From my understanding geophysical inversions do not produce an exact image of subsurface structure, but are more an interpretation of what would geologically reasonably be expected based upon collected field data. Therefore, when modelling, parameters may be adjusted which will either accentuate or disregard modelled data.. The image they have produced for the RNS, uses colours to accentuate, in reality the near vertical structure may not have been so obvious.

Mug, The war may be coming to an end, and it may not. My opinion is that the BODs' decision to sell all Russian assets isn't simply because there is a war going on, but more a product of the newly evolving global trading paradigm that has resulted from the conflict. Therefore the end of the conflict will have little affect on the companies long term plans. Consequently, all assets will still be sold.

Unless peeps have an urgent cash call, I can't understand why anyone would sell at the moment. We really haven't got a clue what this will sell for, and the vast majority have held since before the invasion decimated the S.P.

The current S.P is a huge opportunity for any newcomers. I regularly have to give myself a talking to, as the temptation to buy more often arises. However, when's enough enough?

.....I'm of the view that we will hear news in the next few months. Although some will hold Christian's comment of "very hopeful this year", to mean they must hear this year. I took it more as a useful timeframe to expect news by, so if it rolls on two or three months, I'm comfortable with that.

Although it would make life much more predictable if we were always fed 100% accurate detail on every aspect of our life and how it was going to evolve, in reality it does not work like that. There's something called "The Mason Model", used by psychotherapists. Essentially it's a simple model to highlight people's struggles with not being comfortable with uncertainty. Once an acceptance of uncertainty is achieved, there's often a reduction in neurosis. Obviously I've over simplified this for brevity's sake. The most successful investors are aware of this common struggle and profit massively because of it. If we possessed 100% of all data/information, there would be no opportunity for speculative investments.

Until we actually see some tangible results I'll reserve the right to be cautious with my expectations. This is one holding that has often promised, but as yet, never delivered. One doesn't require a long memory to add some balance to one's outlook here.

Now I've looked at your posting history, I understand your post. You've basically been posting negative posts regarding Eurasia whilst posting things like "Get in at the ground level and just relax, let the traders do what they do" on the OBD forum.

Best advice is always do your own research, don't act off anonymous people on forums, like me ;-)

As an aside, why did you sell? The assets have increased in volume and the sale of them is ongoing (that's the official news). Did you listen to derampers?

If you're looking for concrete facts that, for example ,assets have been sold, you've already missed the boat. It's down to your personal risk vs reward.

I'm still holding and have done for over five years, no amount of dross posted on here is going to trump the research.

There's a saying; If you're trying to jump on the bandwagon, you've already missed it.

I totally disagree with Uk Investor Magazine's article regarding QBT and when it will test 3.5p again. The article states that QBT will follow the rises and falls of BTC. Although we do see this, in the longer term I see the success of QBT is just as likely with a suppressed crypto market. Surely the margins become even more relevant? In my eyes it's a win win.

Please take this in the constructive manner it is meant. No single person on an anonymous site should be allowed to enter your deeper thoughts uninvited. I do see many on here as suffering differing degrees of mental illness/instability. Afterall it's part of the human condition. See the posts for what they often are; people projecting the things they despise most about themselves (usually completely out of awareness, the shadow), or a cry for help and painting a worst case scenario in the vain hope they receive some adequate soothing and comfort in return which, unfortunately is never enough.

I'm sure you know, your true happiness and contentment is found within.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, has changed with regards the asset sale since the discovery of a WUP for a paltry £100k that's under dispute.

On more than one occasion I've had bullying lawyers try and force me down a path that was grossly unfair. I stood firm and they lost. I always expect the bod to take exactly the same path. They represent our interests as well as their own.
